摘要： PURPOSE:To enable non-uniformity of temperature of laser medium gas at a multiplex reflection part of laser beam to be eliminated and prevent refraction of laser beam for achieving an accurate multiple reflection. CONSTITUTION:Edge plates 22 and 23 are fixed at both edge parts of an inside cylinder 3 and recessed mirrors 1 and 2 are inserted into short tubes 20 and 21 of the edge plates 22 and 23. A Jacket 7 for cooling is formed at an outer periphery of the inside cylinder 3 and then a cooling cylinder 8 which is formed by a material with a large thermal conductivity is installed within the inside cylinder 3 so that a multiple reflection part 24 may be surrounded, thus enabling non-uniformity in temperature due to heat conviction of laser medium gas which is cooled by a refrigerant within a Jacket 7 to be suppressed by the cooling cylinder 8 and a temperature of the laser medium gas to be uniform at the multiple reflection part 24.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a Raman laser device to be improved by increasing a cooling effect within a cylindrical container and at the same time preventing refraction of laser beam. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical container 20 with a pair of concave surface mirrors is in a triple structure with a refrigerant jacket 30 and a heat-insulation layer 35 for cooling uniformly and in a short time. A normal temperature part 38 is provided at one edge side of the cylindrical container 20 and windows 40 and 41 for incidence and radiation are placed centrally for enabling a light path space to be narrow. By circulating gas by connecting the normal- temperature part 38 and a circulation pump 53, a gas temperature within the normal-temperature part 38 is made uniform and refraction of laser beam is prevented. Both edge flanges 21A and 21B of the cylindrical container 20 are bonded by a rod 27 and a nut 28 and a central part of the cylindrical container 20 is set to bellows 24, 25, and 26, thus enabling a spacing of the concave mirrors 1 and 2 to be adjusted from an outside.

摘要： PURPOSE:To cool a multiple reflection part uniformly in a short time by constructing a cylinder container including a pair of convex mirrors for multiple reflection as a triple structure including a jacket and a heat insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A circular container 20 is constructed as a triple structure and includes an inner cylinder 21, an intermediate cylinder 22, and an outer cylinder 23, with central portions of the respective cylinders being bellows 24, 25, and 26. A refrigerant 32 is introduced into a refrigerant jacket 30 to keep a multiple reflector part at a low temperature. Since the refrigerant jacket 30 directly cools the inner cylinder through the multiple reflection part and a heat insulating layer 35 enhances heat insulation efficiency of the inner cylinder 21 and the intermediate cylinder 22, there is ensured enough cooling capability and a desired low temperature is attained in a short time with each portions being made a uniform low temperature. Further, only provision of inlet/outlet ports 31, 33 provided in the irnter mediate cylinder 32 into the refrigerant jacket 30.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enable CO2 to be separated from a gas containing CO2 having a relative low concentration and solidified under a relative low pressure by a method wherein an expansion part of a super-sonic nozzle for use in cooling processed gas discharged out of the super-sonic nozzle for adiabatically expanding the compressed and cooled processed gas is provided with a super- cooled cooling pipe passage where super-low temperature fluid flows. CONSTITUTION: Compressed processed gas is fed through a processed gas feeding pipe l and cooled with a freezer 3 by a cooling device 2. The cooled processed gas enters a super-sonic nozzle 4 to make an adiabatic expansion, the gas shows a cryogenic temperature at an expansion part 9, resulting in that CO2 contained in the processed gas is solidified to become dry ice. Gas containing the dry ice fed out of the super-sonic nozzle 4 is contacted with an outer surface of a cryogenic cooling pipe passage 6 where the cryogenic fluid flows arranged at the expansion part of the super-sonic nozzle so as to separate dry ice powder 5. The separated dry ice powder 5 is taken out of a system properly from a recovering port by a recovering means such as a piston type or scraper type scraper when the dry ice is accumulated.
