    • PURPOSE:To secure the primary property of a motor adequately by cooling a permanent magnet with a coolant in a freezing cycle when the temperature of the permanent magnet in a DC brushless motor to drive a scroll type compressor exceeds a specific value. CONSTITUTION:When a brushless motor 10 is driven, a scroll member 21 at the movable side rotates to a scroll member 23 at the fixed side through a driving shaft 11. As a result, a coolant is led in from a suction pipe 2, and after compressed by the both scroll members 21 and 23 while cooling a magnet 13 and a coil 17 of the motor 10, it is discharged from a discharge pipe 3. In this case, the temperature of the magnet 13 is detected by a Hall element 20, and the result is input to a control unit 19. When the detected temperature is higher than a set temperature, a solenoid 30a is controlled to convert a three- way switch valve 30. Consequently, the coolant passing through a condenser 27 is let flow to the motor 10, and the magnet 13 is cooled.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify constitution, by a method wherein, in an air conditioning device to control the temperatures of a driver's seat and an assistant seat independently from each other, right and left air passages are formed in a manner to commonly use the drive source of a blower and heat exchangers for cooling and heating, and an air distributing chamber, a bypass passage, and an air distributing door are disposed at each air passage. CONSTITUTION:Two air passages 3a and 3b on both sides are formed in a case 1 of an air conditioning device, and blowers 10a and 10b, commonly using a drive source 11, are disposed in the respective air passages. A heat exchanger 12 for cooling and a heat exchanger 13 for heating are situated in series, in order, in the downstream side thereof. Bypass passages 16a and 16b having bypass doors 18a and 18b are formed above the heat exchanger 13 for heating, and are connected to air distributing chambers 17a and 17b formed facing the air passages 3a and 3b, respectively. Upper discharge ports 20, defrost discharge ports 19, and foot discharge ports 21a and 21b, each of which has a door, are formed in the air distributing chambers 17a and 17b, respectively. This constitution enables simplification of constitution.

If the intake door 5 is set to an internal air circulation position while the intake door 5 is in an external air intake position, the intake door 5 is controlled by a means 120 so that the door is switched to the internal air circulation position for a specified period of time. When the intake door 5 is set again to the internal air circulation position while the means 120 is working, the intake door 5 is switched to the internal air circulation position. When a signal is further inputted to set the intake door to the internal air circulation position under the above condition, a means 130 controls to cancel the setting to the internal air circulation position.

Thus, the least compression amount is given Y1 at the compression chamber 131 side controlled by the end 2510 of notch 251 in the semi-running position, while the least compression amount Y2 smaller than said amount Y1 is given at the compression chamber 132 side.

    • PURPOSE: To enable variable control of a discharge volume, by a method wherein springs made of a shape memory alloy are located in parallel to each other between a vane bottom part and a vane groove bottom part, and when temperature around the a vane is brought into an abnormal state, the vane is retracted in the direction of the center of a rotor to bring a compressor into a non-load state.
      CONSTITUTION: Springs 19 made of a shape memory alloy, the length of which is contracted when temperature is increased to higher than a given value, are located in parallel to each other between the bottom part of a vane 17 of a vane compressor and a shaft 12 positioned to a vane groove bottom part formed in a rotor 11. When temperature around the vane is brought into an abnormal state, the springs 19 are contracted to retract the vane in the direction of the center of the rotor to bring a compressor into a no-load state. A change in properties of the spring made of the shape memory alloy enables arbitrary setting of volume control properties of a compressor.
