    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal block structure using U slit terminal pairs wherein a connecting housing or a removal work of a connecting wire can be carried out from only one directional side. SOLUTION: This has the structure wherein the plural U slit terminal pairs are installed in a synthetic resin formed body of an pseudo rectangular parallelepiped-shape, and is constituted so that plural input side signal wires and plural output side signal wires are respectively and mutually connected by using the U slit terminal pairs respectively corresponding to the plural U slit terminal pairs. The respective plural U slit terminal pairs are provided with an input side terminal having one U slit connected with the input side signal wire and an output side terminal having two U slits commonly connected with two output side signal wires, and the input side terminal and the output side terminal are formed by the respective conductors of the respective terminals so as to be interconnected by the mutually connecting mechanism to become contacted in the normal time, and the plural U slit terminal pairs are constituted so as to be arranged and installed at one surface side of the synthetic resin formed body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce human mistakes at the renewal of an exchange, and to largely shorten a time for renewal work.
      SOLUTION: This method switches the connection of subscriber lines 11 connected to an existing exchange 30 through one side of a jumper wire 21 of a double-jumper wire of an existing side protector 50 and an existing wiring device 20 in which an existing side disconnection device 70 is inserted and placed in a conduction state to a newly installed exchange 40. The method is composed of a step in which the newly installed exchange 40 is connected to the subscriber lines 11 through the other jumper wire 22 of the double-jumper wire of a newly installed side protector 60 and the existing wiring device 20 in which a newly arranged disconnection device 80 is inserted and placed in a DC disconnection or AC conduction state; and a step which remotely control the existing side disconnection device 70 and the newly installed side disconnection device 80 so as to switch the existing side protector 50 from a conduction state to a disconnection state after the confirmation of the normality of the double-jumper wire connection, and switch the newly installed side protector 60 from the DC disconnection or AC conduction state to the conduction state.

      SOLUTION: The protector sub module includes two printed wiring boards 2A, 2B disposed in parallel and mounted with: U slit terminals 3A-1 to 3A-16, and 3B-1 to 3B-16; protector elements 4A-1 to 4A-16, and 4B-1 to 4B-16; a test spring unit 5; and exchange side connectors 6-1 and 6-2. The front side of the printed wiring boards is provided with a column of the U slit terminals, and the side face of them is provided with the test spring unit. A wiring unit 7 having jumper wire wiring grooves 70A-1 to 70A-16 leading from the other side face of the module to each U slit terminal is inserted between the two printed wiring boards, and almost all of the wiring grooves are bent in a direction separated from the test spring unit.

      SOLUTION: A lock pawl member 25 is mounted on a main body 22 of a test plug 21. A lock recess 15b is formed on a window frame 15 of a main body 11 of the test spring formed with a plurality of pin windows 15a. The lock pawl member 25 is a cantilever beam-like member which is integrally formed on both side surfaces of the main body 22 of the plug, a lock pawl portion 25a is formed in its free end, and a projection-like supporting point portion 25b which is fixed on both the side surfaces of the main body 22 of the plug, is formed in its fixed end. If the test plug 21 is mounted on the main body 11 of the test spring, the lock pawl portion 25a is engaged into the lock recess 15b, and the test plug 21 is locked on the main body 11 of the test spring.
