    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make allergen which causes allergy and is contained in house dust easily and readily detectable at home by detecting the allergen by bringing an antigen dissolving solution into contact with the allergen after collecting the allergen by attaching an indoor allergen specimen to the dust collecting bag attaching section of a vacuum cleaner. SOLUTION: An indoor allergen examination body incorporating a dust collecting bag 4 is used in such a way that a mount paper 5 is inserted into the dust collecting back attaching section of a vacuum cleaner and the suction hose of the cleaner is put in a hole 6 for suction hose at the center of the paper 5. Therefore, the allergen and relatively large dust in the air sucked through the hose are collected in an allergen collecting section 1 and fine dust is collected in the dust collecting bag 4. After collecting the allergen, the inspection body is removed from the vacuum cleaner and the dust collecting bag 4 is folded from a folding section 8 and the soft wrapping bag of an antigen dissolving solution supplying section 3 is compressed by beating the bag 4 from the upside so that the antigen dissolving solution may flow to the allergen collecting section 1. The antigen dissolving solution reaches the allergen detecting body 2 after coming into contact with the allergen and dissolving the antigen of the allergen and the allergen dissolved in the solution is detected.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bond an antibody to a cardiac infarction marker firmly and easily to a metallic film by fixing the antibody to the cardiac infarction marker onto the metallic film of a surface plasmon resonance biosensor measurement chip by means of hydrophobic bond or electrostatic bond. SOLUTION: A transparent substrate 1 having a metallic film 2 is exposed into saturated steam of a silane coupling agent, whereby an organic silicon film is formed on the metallic film 2. 30 ml undiluted solution of ethyltriethoxysilane is put in a wide-mouthed petri-disk and left for 24 hours at room temperatures. The interior of the petri-disk is then filled with saturated steam of propyltriethoxysilane. The transparent substrate 1 is fixed to a stainless mask (supporting instrument) in a manner to expose a part of the metallic film. The mask is placed at an opening part of the petri-disk and left for 30 minutes, whereby an organic silicon film 3 is formed on the metallic film of a cover glass. Then, an antibody 4, namely, anti-myoglobin antibody of a concentration 8.2×10 mg/ml and 70 ml anti-troponin T antibody are dropped on the metallic film and left standing for 120 minutes. After rinsed, the film is dried naturally. A measurement chip is manufactured in this manner.

    • PURPOSE:To directly discard urine inspection body into sewerage etc., after use by forming a urine sampling part with a member wherein a fibrous base material having water diffusive function is wound with water soluble or water diffusive paper. CONSTITUTION:A cellulose fiber (these denier per a piece) impregnated with, for example polyoxyethylene-oleyl-either-alcohol solution and processed with an interfacial active agent is formed into a plug, and it is wound with, for example, a CD-2 water soluble paper so that a plug (urine sampling part) of about 24.8mm and 60mm, in circumference and length respectively, is formed. Then, anti-human ciliary gonadotropic hormone (anti-hCG) antibody which is pregnancy marker and a gold colloid of antibody sensitizer, for example, are fixed to a cellulose nitrate film for a judgment part to be formed, and it is connected to the urine sampling part. With this configuration, the urine sampling part keeps its original shape from when urine is supplied till completion of judgement, and after reaction, it diffuses in water within about five minutes. Therefore the used inspection body soaked with urine does not need to be carried, and psychological burden that the inspection body is handed to a doctor is reduced.
