    • PURPOSE:To improve quality and outward appearance of a workpiece by using a material formed of austenite stainless steel as a non-magnetic substance-made connecting member of connecting each paired magnetic substance-made magnetic pole member, so as to prevent sticking fine cutting chips or the like to a surface of the workpiece. CONSTITUTION:In a magnet chuck, a pair of magnetic pole members 1, 1 formed of iron are connected by a connecting member 2 consisting of auetenite stainless steel, also to arrange in series a magnetic force source 3 formed of a permanent magnet, electromagnet, etc., and a switch member 4 formed of iron between end parts of the one magnetic pole member 1. End faces of the other magnetic pole member 1 and the connecting member 2 are formed almost in a flush shape. The switch member 11 is moved to short-circuit a magnetic path between the magnetic force source 3 and the magnetic pole member 1, and by forming a closed magnetic path such as magnetic force source 3 - switch member 4 - one magnetic pole member 1 - workpiece 5 - the other magnetic pole member 1 - magnetic force source 3, the workpiece 5 is magnetically attracted to be held.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize a welding by storing the reference value of the rotary center position, etc. as well as detecting the position of a weld zone and by maintaining the peripheral speed of the weld zone constant based on the detected position and stored reference value. CONSTITUTION:The position detecting means 6 of the body 2 to be welded is provided on a moving arm 11 and the storing device of the reference value of a rotary center, etc. is arranged as well. The storing device stores in advance the distance A from the origin in X direction of the moving arm 11 upto the rotary center O of a rotary table 21 as the reference value and finds the dis tance X from the origin of the arm 11 upto the weld zone of the body 2 to be welded with which a probe 15is abutting. The distance between the rotary center O and weld zone is then operated from the difference in two distances A, X to control the rotation of the rotary table 21. Due to the peripheral speed of the weld zone being able to maintain constantly the welding is thus stabilized even in case of the body to be welded being out of setting.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the conveyance of a number of parts to be treated, within a small space by always maintaining conveying tables, which are held and driven by a pair of annular guide members, horizontally whatever position said annular guide members are placed. CONSTITUTION:A pair of driven shafts 11, 13 are provided at an equal interval to a pair of driving shafts 2, 3, while a pair of annular guide members 13, 14 are provided which are put around these shafts 2, 3 and 11, 12 respectively and which are parallel to each other and driven in the same direction. Conveying tables 17 which are supported and driven by these members 13, 14 are also provided. The shaft 2 and shaft 11 are installed being shifted by a certain distance L in a certain direction from the shaft 3 and shaft 12, and the table 12 is pivoted to the member 13 on its one side while the other side is pivoted to the member 14 with said certain distance L apart from said pivoted shaft in said certain direction. As a result, the table 17 is always maintained horizontally whatever position the members 13, 14 are placed.
