    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate air-cooling of a condenser and make the corrosion- resistant technique of a high grade unnecessary by employing hydrofluorocarbon refrigerant having no problem of destroying ozone layer as refrigerant. SOLUTION: Thin absorbing solution is supplied from an absorber 5 into a reproducer 3 through a solution heat exchanger 10 and a solution pump 7 to evaporate refrigerant in the regenerator 3 by heating the thin absorbing solution by heating gas supplied from an external source and condense the absorbing solution. On the other hand, the reproducer 3 is provided with a fractionater 8 at the outlet port thereof to liquefy evaporated refrigerant supplied from the regenerator 3 into the condenser 4 through the fractionater 8. Further, the refrigerant, liquefied in the condenser 4, is supplied into the evaporator 6 of an indoor machine 2 through an expansion valve 11 and is vaporized in the evaporator 6 by depriving heat of a room. The vaporized refrigerant is supplied from the evaporator 6 into the absorber 5 of an outdoor machine 1 while thick absorbing solution is supplied from the generator 3. In this case, hydrofluorocarbon is used as the refrigerant.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of a concentration boundary film and improve permeation efficiency of a selected solution component by making a selective permeation separation membrane by a wavy shape in a liquid separation system by a penetration gasification method using the permselective membrane. CONSTITUTION:Permselective membranes 7, 7' are made to be a wavy shape in a liquid separation apparatus composed of a high pressure side first chamber 1 to which a prescribed liquid mixture of a liquid to be selected and another liquid containing the liquid to be selected is supplied and a low pressure side second chamber 2 adjacent to the high pressure side first chamber 1 having the permselective membranes 7, 7' for penetration gas pressure between them. Since the liquid mixture supplied to the inside 11 of the high pressure side first chamber flows curvedly along the wavy planes of the permselective membranes 7, 7', a concentration boundary film on the surfaces of the selective permeation membrane 7, 7' is disturbed and the concentration boundary film is not formed. Also, owing to the wavy shapes of the permselective membrane 7, 7', the surface area (permeation surface area) of the membranes 7, 7' are enlarged and in this point, the permeation efficiency is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To form a baffle plate by a simple method by forming two lines of coagulative layer in a braided body knitted with a heat exchanger tube and cotton strings, and pouring and hardened synthetic resin between partition walls which are formed by quick cooling after melting the coagulative layer. CONSTITUTION:A braided body 3 is knitted together with a heat exchanger tube 1 made of a hollow string-like body as woof and cotton strings as warp 2a, 2b, 2c, and two lines of coagulative layer 5, 5 are formed by painting melted liquid of heat melting material on suitable place. Sequentially, a cylindrical bundle of heat exchanger tube 8 is formed by winding the braided body 3 around a cellular core 6 having many holes 7, 7.... And partition walls 9, 9 are formed out of coagulative body of the heat melting material by quick cooling after melting the coagulative layer, and a baffle plate 11 is formed in the bundle of heat exchanger tube 8 by pouring and hardening two-liquid hardening type synthetic resin between the wall. Consequently, the baffle plate 11 unified with the heat exchanger tube 1 is formed in the bundle of heat exchanger tube 8 by the simple method.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the dilution of N2-enriched air with supply air by arranging a cylindrical support extending in the vertical direction and an air isolation wall having a larger diameter than the support at the center of the inside of a casing through a porous hollow yarn and introducing supply air between the support and the isolation wall in the title N2 enriching membrane module unit. CONSTITUTION:Many porous hollow yarns 16 (e.g., PE) coated with a non-porous membranous material (e.g., F-contg. acrylate) having a larger O2 permeation coefficient than its N2 permeation coefficient are arranged around the cylindrical support 18 extending in the vertical direction in the casing 11 provided with an air intake 12, and while one end of the hollow yarns 16 is closed, and the other end is opened to the discharge port 13 for O2-enriched air, a hole 18a for allowing the inside to communicate with the outside is provided to the support 18, and the inside of the support is allowed to communicate with the discharge port 14 for N2-enriched air. In addition, a cylindrical air isolation wall 19 is formed on the outer layer side of the hollow yarns 16 to form an air passage 20 for introducing supply air in the lengthwise direction of the hollow yarn 16 to the communicating hole 18a, and N2-enriched air is obtained from the discharge port 14.
