    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a cam motor device in a cam motor device which does not require a variable speed. SOLUTION: A cam ring 3 and a cylinder block 2 are provided on the same axis and an output shaft 10 engages with the cylinder block 2. Eight radial cylinders 5 are formed in the cylinder block 2. A piston 6 is slideably provided in each cylinder 5. A working chamber 51 is formed in the cylinders 5. An end cap 4 is provided above the cylinder block 2. In this end cap 4, first and second supply and exhaust routes 43, 44 through which hydraulic fluid flows are formed. The hydraulic fluid is supplied and exhausted to the working chamber 51 through first and second distribution ports 41, 42. Also, the hydraulic fluid which is supplied to the working chamber 51 also flows in to a pressure concave portion 71a of a pressure plate 71. The pressure plate then presses down on the cylinder block 2 from the pressure of this hydraulic fluid, thereby controlling leakage of the hydraulic fluid.

    • PURPOSE:To keep off the worsening of sealability and prolong the life-time by installing a U-shaped seal ring in contact with an outer circumferential surface of a sliding member and an inner circumferential surface of a fixed member at the outside of this sliding member, and fitting a ring elastic sealing member in the inner part. CONSTITUTION:A sectional U-shaped seal ring 11 is interposed between a cylinder 1 as a cylindrical fixed member and a plunger 2 as a sliding member slidingly inserted to the cylinder 1 via a spacer 3, and a ring elastic sealing member 12 is fitted in this seal ring 11, thereby sealing up a superhigh pressure fluid. This seal ring is made up of a wear resistant material such as tungsten carbide or the like. With this constitution, this superhigh pressure water penetrated into the seal ring 11, pressing the elastic sealing member 12 under pressure, getting it elastically deformed in the radial direction, and thereby the seal ring 11 is forcibly pressed to the cylinder 1 and the plunger 2, thus sealability is secured.

    • PURPOSE: To provide excellent slide characteristics by a method wherein a slide member is formed of an alloy steel on which chrome nitride surface treatment indicating excellent slide characteristics under coexistence of HFC fluorocarbon and fluorocarbon oil is applied, in a rotary pump for freezer using HFC fluorocarbon as a refrigerant and fluorocarbon oil as lubrication oil. CONSTITUTION: In a rotary pump for a freezer wherein HFC fluorocarbon is used as a refrigerant and fluorocarbon oil is used as lubricating oil, powder high-speed steel (SKH-51) is employed as the body 24a of a vane 24 as a slide member and after the powder high-speed steel is sintered and molded in the shape of the vane of a rotary compressor, the surface of a slide part 24b on the tip side of the body part 24a is coated with a chrome nitride layer. Further, instead of the chrome nitride layer, a vanadium carbide layer, an acid nitride- oxide layer, a chrome oxide layer, and a teflon-contained chrome layer may be used. A substance prepared by fluorocarbon oil having a fluorine-containing aromatic compound or a fluorine-containing aliphatic compound is used as fluorine-based lubrication oil.

    • PURPOSE:To prolong the service life of a sealing mechanism in a superhigh pressure liquid sealing structure. CONSTITUTION:This sealing structure is provided with a seal assembly 11, where an outer member 1 and an inner member 2 inserted into the inner side are installed, and a first L-shaped seal ring 21 with a peripheral wall part 21a being in contact with the inner member 2 and a longitudinal wall part 21b extending outward in the radial direction almost orthogonal with this peripheral wall part 21a. In addition, it is also provided with a second L-shaped seal ring 22 with a peripheral wall part 22a contacting with the outer member 1 and a longitudinal wall part 22b and a longitudinal wall part 22b, extending inward in the radial direction almost orthogonal with the peripheral wall part 22a and the outer surface 22b2 adheres close to an inner surface 21b1 of the longitudinal wall part 21b of the first L-shaped seal ring 21 and further the inner surface 21b1 is set down to an incline being crossed with the outer surface 22b2 at the inner circumferential end. Moreover, it is constituted of installing an O-ring 23 fitted in an almost U-shaped space part 25 being surrounded by the first L-shaped seal ring 21 and the second L-shaped seal ring 22.
