摘要： PURPOSE:To instantly ignite an unignited blasting cap even when it is present, and thereby prevent delay in ignition by providing a hole to communicate a transition explosive chamber with a blasting cap front face within a housing enclosure other than a blasting cap which communicates a blasting cap back face with the transition explosive chamber. CONSTITUTION:Energy transmitted in the reverse direction from a transition explosive chamber 9 through an additional hole (delayed ignition preventive hole) 32 directly reaches the thin piercing face 31 of a blasting cap 3 so that an unignited blasting cap 3 is instantly ignited with no delay in time. By this constitution, uncomfortable feeling due to sound by delay in ignition of the blasting cap 3 can thereby be eliminated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To milden an expansion rate of an initial gas, to eliminate damage caused by back expansion, rapidly to generate a gas afterward and to secure a vehicle passenger restraining ability by forming a non-azide-based gas generator composition into a holed molding product having prescribed length and inner diameter of a hole. SOLUTION: A nitrogen-containing compound such as a triazole derivative, etc., is mixed with an oxidizing agent such as an alkali metal nitrate, etc., a binder such as a metal salt of carboxymethylcellulose, etc., and if required, a slag forming agent such as acid clay, etc., etc., to give a non-azide gas generator composition having 1-12.5 m/second linear burning velocity under 70 kgf/cm2. The gas generator composition is formed into a cylindrical shape having one or more holes by using a draw forming machine equipped with a mold. When the length of one holed molding product is L and the inner diameter of a hole is (d), L is 1.5-30 mm and (d) is 0.2-1.5 mm, preferably 0.4-1.0 mm and L/d is >=1.5. Consequently a gas generation surface immediately after ignition is limited to control a gas evolution rate.

The individual branch nozzle ports are provided with a plug body 25. Moving and adjusting the plug bodies makes gas flow passage section areas of the branch nozzle ports variable.
