摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent cement paste leaking on the surface side of tile from directly adhering to the tile. CONSTITUTION:In a form bed 10 provided on the inner surface of a form, a large number of tiles are laid close together through joint material 12. After that, concrete C is placed within the form and, after being solidified, removed from the form so as to sticking the tiles 14 along closely laid shape to the surface of a PC slab under the condition that the surfaces of the tiles 14 and the joint material 12 is covered with polymer emulsion 18, which is water- insoluble and alkali-soluble, in order to clean the surface of the tile 14 with alkali solution after demolding.

摘要： PURPOSE:To protect a concrete surface in removal from a form and remarkably improve an integrity of a surface finishing material through a woven or nonwoven fabric by a method wherein before a concrete is placed, the woven or nonwoven fabric is previously attached to a concrete-contact surface of the form so as to be integrated in the concrete surface at the time of removal. CONSTITUTION:Before a concrate 14 is placed inside a form 12, a woven (or nonwoven) fabric 16 is attached to an inner surface 12a of the form 12. Immediately after the concrete 14 is placed inside the woven fabric 16, a vibrating rod 2U is inserted into the center of the form 12 to pressurize and vibrate the concrete 14, and the concrete 14 is immediately removed from the form. At the time of removal of the concrete 14 from the form, the woven fabric 16 adheres to the surface of the concrete 14 to prevent the surface of the concrete 14 from being directly rubbed with the form surface 12a. Furthermore, an integrity of a finishing material is remarkably improved through the woven fabric 16.

Under such a state, concrete is placed in the PC beam form 10 to form lapped joints of the reinforcing bars 14a and beam lower end main reinforcing bars 26 horizontally.

摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out the immediate removal of a PC product by a method wherein water is previously absorbed into an absorbent polymer which does not gel but keeps its independent form even when absorbing water, and the polymer absorbing water is mixed with a cement, an aggregate, and an admix ture, and the mixture is placed in a form and vibrated. CONSTITUTION:A molding form 10 consists of an inner form 14 and an outer form 16 which are coaxially disposed. A concrete 40 is placed into a space part 18 between the both forms 14, 16. Water is previously absorbed into a special water absorbent polymer which does not gel but keeps its independent form even when absorbing water. The concrete 40 is composed of the mixture of the polymer absorbing water, a cement, an aggregate, and an admixture. The placed concrete 40 is vibrated by a vibrator 22 mounted on the outer form 16. In this manner, water in the water absorbent polymer is exuded to make the concrete warkable. The concrete 40 is contacted and pressurized by a pressurizer 24, therefore being acceleratedly set. Therefore, the concrete 40 has a sufficient removal strength and can be immediately removed as a PC product.

CONSTITUTION:Concrete 14 is cast into the space formed of molds 10 and a bed 9. As the concrete is hardened sufficiently, demolding is made by lifting the molds 10. A two-layer sheet 2 composed of a mold-releasing sheet 4 and a water-absorbing sheet 6 is arranged to the inside of the molds 10 before casting of concrete 14 with its water-absorbing sheet 6 facing the sides of the molds 10. Thereby, the surface of a PC product is kept covered with the two- layer sheet 2 attached when the demolding is made. The water-absorbing sheet 6 absorbs surplus moisture of the cast concrete 14 through the water permeable mold-releasing sheet 4. With the moisture A absorbed, a water screen layer is formed over the surface of the water-absorbing sheet 6 and left interposed between the two-layer sheet 2 and the molds 10.
