摘要： PURPOSE:To exactly detect the damage of the coating in a conduit by providing an electrode brought into contact with an in-conduit liquid and insulated from a conduit body, on two points separated in the longitudinal direction of the conduit, and also, providing a terminal on the conduit body, and measuring an electric characteristic between these electrodes and the terminal. CONSTITUTION:In two points A, B being at an interval in the longitudinal direction of the conduit consisting of an electric conductive conduit body 2 in which an insulating coating 1 is performed to the inside surface, electrodes 4, 5 are placed so as to bring into contact with a liquid in the conduit but so as to keep the insulation to the electric conductive conduit body 2, respectively. On the other hand, a terminal 6 is provided on a suitable position C, as well, of the electric conductive conduit body 2. In this state, electric characteristics (electric resistance, potential difference) between the electrodes 4, 5 of the two points and the terminal 6 connected to the conduit body 2 are measured. Based on this measured value, whether a damage exists in the covering 1 of the inside surface of the conduit line or not and its location are detected correctly.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a rubber crawler disposal method and device which able to easily embody complete separation between a rubber part and a metal part constituting a rubber crawler from the standpoint of resource reutilization in time of dismantling this rubber crawler. CONSTITUTION:An endless rubber crawler 1 is cut by a preparatory cutting press 14 and sped out flatly. A longitudinal cut line is put in a central separation projected part of the rubber crawler 1 by a cutter part. An AC current is made to flow into an induction heating coil 23 set up in the periphery of the rubber crawler 1, heating a surface of at least a metal part in the rubber crawler. A rubber part to be joined to this metal part is made to raise its temperature, whereby joining force in the part is deteriorated. Tension is applied to an interval between both sides of the rubber part perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rubber crawler 1, tearing off the rubber part from the center, and then the metal part is separated downward through its own weight. The rubber part is cut into block form by both horizontal and vertical cutting presses 35 and 36 of the cutter part.

摘要： PURPOSE:To rapidly and uniformly melt-sticking the heat shrinkable coating material without necessitating skillfulness by fitting the heat shrinkable coating material to the outer face of a pipe and heating this coating material from the outer face to shrink it and closely sticking it to the outer face of the pipe and thereafter heating the pipe positioned inside the coating material by induction heating and melt-sticking the coating material and the outer face of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:The heat shrinkable coating material 4 is fitted to the outer face of a pipe 1 having a resin film 2 and heated with a burner from the outside and thermally shrunk. Thereby the coating material A is closely stuck to the outer face of the pipe 1 and the outer face of the film 2. At this time, when heating is performed from the center of the coating material 4 to perform shrinkage from the central part, bubbles are preferably prevented from being trapped between the outer face of the pipe and the coating material 4. After the coating material 4 is closely stuck to the outer face of the pipe 1, an induction heating coil 5 is arranged to the outside of the whole coating material 4 to heat the pipe 1 by induc tion heating. Thereby heat evolution is caused in the pipe 1 itself and the adhesive layer of the innermost layer of the coating material 4 is heated which is brought into contact with the outer face of the pipe 1. The adhesive layer is melt-stuck to the outer face of the pipe 1 and tight adhesion of the coating material 4 and the pipe 1 is secured.
