摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and quickly removing a branch pipe which is inserted into a hole of a pipe supporting plate and is fixed to the pipe supporting plate by enlarging its diameter, the hole having an annular groove on its inside peripheral surface. SOLUTION: When the branch pipe 3 fixed to the pipe supporting plate 1 by enlarging its diameter is removed, first the inserted portion 3a fixed to the hole 2 of the pipe supporting plate 1 is loosened from the hole 2 of the pipe supporting plate by reducing the diameter by heating and then cooling it, next the region 3h facing to the groove 4 formed on the inside peripheral surface of the hole is heated, and then the branch pipe 3 is drawn out from the pipe supporting plate 1 by pulling the branch pipe 3 in the longitudinal direction in order to shrink its diameter and break the red heated region 3h by elongating it.
