    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electroconductive coating material which forms a transparent electroconductive film possessing transparency, electroconductivity and extensibility and an emboss processed carrier tape obtained by using the same.
      SOLUTION: The coating material for forming the transparent electroconductive coating film comprises a hybrid electroconductive material which comprises a mixture of (a) electroconductive particles comprising a minute electroconductive fine particle (a1) and a coarse electroconductive fine particle (a2) with (b) an organic electroconductive material, where the ratio of the electroconductive fine particle (a) to the organic electroconductive material (b) is such that (a):(b) is 10:(0.02-5.0) in terms of weight ratio, and a binder component. The emboss processed carrier tape having a coating film formed thereon using the coating material is featured in an elongation of at least 60%, a total light transmission at a film thickness of 2 μm of at least 50% and a surface resistance at an elongated part after emboss processing of 5×10

    • PURPOSE:To provide an antistatic bag which has a high antistatic function while maintaining a high transparency and can be repeatedly used any number of times. CONSTITUTION:A bag for storing electronic part is a flexible bag which has its sides heat sealed except an opening/closing part and which is formed of a sheet consisting of at least three layers, i.e., a transparent thermoplastic resin film layer 1, a sealant layer 2 and an antistatic layer 3 forming the outer, intermediate and inner layers, respectively. The antistatic layer 3 consists of the tin having an average particle diameter of at most 0.2mum in diameter, the oxide particles of antimony and/or indium in an amount of 40-90wt.% and a transparent resin in an amount of 60-10wt.% and has the conductivity of such a degree as to indicate a surface resistivity of 10 -10 OMEGA. The oxide particles are a complex oxide of antimony and tin employed as dope in an amount of 1-10wt.% in terms of oxide of antimony, or a complex oxide of tin and indium in an amount of 1-10wt.% in terms of oxide of tin and have defects in the oxygen lattice. An average diameter of the particles is preferably from 0.1 to 0.05mum.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an electromagnetic shield agent to be applied to an observation surface of CRT or a liquid crystal display panel, which form a sufficiently transparent coating having a low surface resistance value, by a method wherein the mixture of conductive particles constituted of a specific antimony oxide and others respectively and of silica sol particles is dispersed in a medium of aqueous or alcoholic properties. CONSTITUTION:Conductive particles constituted of an antimony oxide, a tin oxide, an indium oxide and/or a zinc oxide which have the shape of particles of which the average particle sizes are 0.06mum or below and silica sol particles which are derived from tetraalkoxysilane and of which the rate of hydrolysis is 600 to 1000% are mixed in a weight ratio of 0.5:1 to 20:1. The mixture thus obtained is dispersed by 1 to 40wt.% in a medium of aqueous or alcoholic properties and thereby an electromagnetic interference sealed agent is obtained. This agent is applied on an observation surface of a cathode-ray tube or the surface of a liquid crystal display panel, dried and then baked so that it be made a film of a prescribed thickness. Thereby the cathode-ray tube or the display panel of which the surface resistance value is 9X10 Q level or below is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a cathode ray tube with antistatic and electromagnetic wave shield effects by providing specific two types of layers of conductive particulates and silica sol particulates and a silica sol containing layer in sequence on the outer surface of a display screen. CONSTITUTION:A cathode ray tube has (a) the first layer which is formed of conductive particulates containing antimony oxide, tin oxide, etc., in particulate shape of average column 0.1# or less and silica sol particulates of hydrolysis percentage 100-600% derived from tetraalkoxysilane (TAS), the silica sol particulates being prepared with uniform mixture containing 50wt.% or more, (b) the second layer which is formed of conductive particulates containing antimony oxide, tin oxide, etc., in particulate shape of average size 0.1mu or less and silica particulates of hydrolysis percentage 100-1000% derived from TAB, the conductive particulates being prepaired with uniform mixture containing 50wt.% or more, and (c) the third layer which is formed of silica sol particles of hydrolysis 100-1000% derived from TAS or reactive product with TAS, the silica sol is prepared with TAS containing 50wt.% or more of the total, on the outer surface of a display screen.
