    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro structure which is manufactured by a simple method, controls a shape change of fine droplet on the surface, being difficult so far, and transportation, by the shape change of the micro structure, and as a result, facilitates an operation of fine liquid and a micro patterning.
      SOLUTION: The micro structure is equipped with a fine irregularity structure having a characteristic space frequency based on the buckling deformation in a micro range of the surface thin film stuck to an expandable/contractable support body. In the micro structure having a liquid pattern, stimulus such as a stress can be applied to the fine irregularity structure from the outside, so that the liquid is introduced into the groove part thereof due to the deformation of the structure by the stimulus. The liquid shape is then operated by the change of the fine irregularity structure. In the structure having the micro liquid pattern, the liquid shape can be also operated by applying the stimulus such as the light directly to the liquid.
