    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the bolt attaching structure of a composite panel attaching the composite panel to another member without damaging the composite panel.
      SOLUTION: The bolt attaching structure 10 of the composite panel 1 has an intermediate layer 2 formed into a honeycomb structure or a foamed structure and a fiber reinforced composite material for forming the surface layers 3 arranged on both sides of the intermediate layer 2 and is equipped with a bush attaching hole 11 formed to the composite panel 1 in a direction vertical to the surface layers 3 of the composite panel 1 and the bush member 20 attached to the bush attaching hole 11. The bush member 20 has the cylindrical part 21 bonded to the bush attaching hole 11 and the bolt head sealing seat surface part 22 integrally formed to one opening end of the cylindrical part 21 and having the through-hole 23 permitting a bolt shaft 100b to pierce.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heald frame made of a fiber-reinforced composite material, exhibiting maximum strength and rigidity in a limited structure, formed into a lightweight construction having a strong fatigue strength, and as a result, capable of improving the productivity by a widened loom which can not be achieved conventionally.
      SOLUTION: The heald frame 1 of the loom has a frame body 2 and a supporting protrusion part 3 integrally connected with the frame body 2, and is molded by using the fiber-reinforced composite material. The frame body 2 has a honeycomb structure 4 in the inner layer, and a filament-reinforced composite material 11 arranged in the surface layer. A reinforcing part 5 present in a part or the whole of the perimeter end face of the honeycomb structure 4 of the inner layer within a range of 3-30 mm width is formed by packing the interior of the honeycomb structure 4 with a short fiber-reinforced composite material, a resin or a foam material.
