摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive base material for a fiber-reinforced composite material having physical properties usable as a part or whole of various structures such as a feed tank, a water tank, a bathtub, a ship, a dust box, a bench, a parabola antenna and the like and as a member for a vehicle or the like, rich in recyclability and capable of suppressing swelling at the time of impregnation with a resin and keeping a shape, and a fiber-reinforced composite material.
SOLUTION: The base material 1 for the fiber-reinforced composite material is constituted by applying restriction treatment to an organic fiber sheet formed of sheetlike continuous organic fibers with tensile strength of 1,000 MPa or above and a tensile modulus of elasticity of 10 GPa or above or applying restiction treatment to a nonwoven fabric formed of organic fibers.
