      SOLUTION: A measuring device has a speed sensor 200 rotatably installed on a base member 100 and having a reed switch 211 detecting the movement of a rear wheel of the bicycle, and a cadence sensor rotatably installed in the speed sensor 200 and having the reed switch for detecting the movement of a gear crank of the bicycle. The speed sensor 200 includes the reed switch 211 and a transmission circuit 212 transmitting a signal detected by the reed switch to an external part of the speed sensor 200. The speed sensor 200 rotates to the base member 100 so as to vary a distance between the rear wheel of the bicycle and the reed switch 211. The cadence sensor rotates to the speed sensor 200 so as to vary a distance between the gear crank of the bicycle and the reed switch.
