    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocked arrow display device and an interlocked indicator device which can be installed over a wide range, the interlocked arrow display device and the interlocked indicator device being configured to flicker a plurality of arrow mark plates or indicators in an interlocked manner.SOLUTION: The interlocked arrow display device is configured to flicker a plurality of arrow mark plates 100 installed on the road in the interlocked manner. Each of the arrow mark plates 100 comprises: a main body 110 including an arrow-shaped light-emitting part 111 which is flickered; and a control section 120 which controls flickering of the light-emitting part 111. The control section 120 includes: a receiving part 121A which receives a signal relating to flickering and flicker timing of the light-emitting part 111; and a transmitting part 121B which transmits to the outside the signal relating to flickering and the flicker timing of the light-emitting part 111. After the arrow mark plates 100 are activated, ID numbers (ranks) are given to the arrow mark plates 100. Flickering other than a master unit to which the most significant rank is given, is controlled based on a signal transmitted from the arrow mark plate 100 of one rank above.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlamp for a bicycle capable of correctly performing the turning-on/blinking while the bicycle is running, and performing the turning-off when not running.
      SOLUTION: The headlamp 1 for the bicycle comprises an LED element 10, a power supply device 20 for supplying the power to the LED element 10, a vibration sensor 30 for detecting the vibration, a brightness detector 40 for detecting the peripheral brightness, and a switching device 50 for performing the ON-OFF control of the electric conduction between the LED element 10 and the power supply device 20 based on the result of detection by the vibration sensor 30 and the result of detection by the brightness detector 40. The vibration sensor 30 has a helical spring and a center metal conductive wire passed through the helical spring. The helical spring and the center metal conductive wire are provided in an extending manner in the oblique direction across the horizontal direction and the vertical direction when the headlamp is mounted.
