摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure the stable holding of a crystal bar and to improve the stability of frequency and the shock resistance for an oscillator, by pressing the projected parts of a plastic ring which are opposite to notches of the crystal bar at both sides of the projected part respectively by means of two pins provided to a ceramic substrate. CONSTITUTION:A crystal bar 21 has notches 21a and 21b in approximately 180 deg. direction, and projected parts 23a and 23b of a plastic ring 23 are set opposite to the notches 21a and 21b respectively. Then four pawls 24 at both sides of parts 23a and 23b each hold the bevel surface of the bar 21 at upper and lower sides. At the same time, the ring 23 is set to a ceramic substrate 2 by means of two pins 7. These pins 7 double as electrode terminals and are adhered to each other for conduction by a vapor deposited electrode film 8 and a gold wire 9 of the bar 21. The parts 23a and 23b between the pin 7 and the bar 21 are compressed by a pin pushing tool 12 and at the same time hold the bar 21. The projected parts of a plastic ring are released for its stress by annealing with the holding power set nearly at zero. Thus the frequency stability and the shock resistance are improved for an oscillator.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a time piece with a game clock function at a low cost by adding a simple circuitry to an electronic time piece with two dislay units capable of indicating time,calendar and the like. CONSTITUTION:As soon as a game starts, a switch S5 is operated. A T-FF28 is inverted to open the first AND gate 23 and with the passage of a time piece signal phi, a first time counter 25 starts counting time. The time used by the first move is informed of by indication on a first display based on the first time information 25a. When a switch S4 is turned ON upon the initiation of the first move, a signal enters a reset terminal R of a first RS-FF21 to close a first AND gate 23 and the counter 25 stops counting time. As a signal enters a set terminal S of a second RS-FF22 to open a second AND gate 24, with passage of the time counting signal phi, a second time counter 26 starts counting time. Thus, the time used by the second move is informed of by inverted indication on a second display based on inverse information 27a through a display inversion circuit 27.

摘要： PURPOSE:To attain the automatic assembly of the titled resonator in the same method as other electronic parts by resin molding the main body of a crystal resonator and exposing a pin lead. CONSTITUTION:Leads 12a and 12b of a crystal resonator 12 are adhered by welding, thermocompression bonding, soldering, etc. to a lead frame plated with Au, Ni, Sn, Pb-Sn, etc. and set to a magazine with a resin material 14. Then these leads are molded into such forms that can be assembled automatically. Only foot parts 13a and 13b of the lead frame and exposed outside. These exposed parts serve as the leads of a resin molded crystal oscillator. The space between both feet 13a and 13b is set at 4.88mm., 3.75mm., etc. and therefore they can be compatible with an HC type oscillator. Then the hole of a conventional pattern wiring base board is available as it is.

摘要： PURPOSE:Pieces of crystal are placed in a cylindrical vessel of a resin resistant to hydrofluoric acid and the vessel is dipped in hydrofluoric acid and rotated so that the center shaft is kept horizontal to effect stable etching with reduced fluctuation in surface quality and frequency. CONSTITUTION:Pieces of crystal and media 7 are placed in the perforated cylinder vessel 1 and the vessel is dipped in the etching solution 5 so that the center shaft 2 of the vessel becomes horizontal. When the vessel is rotated with the motor 3, the pieces of crystal 6 and media 7 are lifted up along the wall of the vessel, then slide down the inclined surface by their own weight, thus all of the crystal pieces 6 are equally dipped in the etching solution. Etching is stably effected and a large amount of pieces can be treated.
