摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable flow rate measuring equipment having a long service life in which coal supply quantity is determined simply through calculation by inputting a coal supply amount per unit time, primary air flow rate, and an output from a frictional electromotive force sensor to an operating circuit. CONSTITUTION:Feeder 2 for a coal feeder 1 is provided with a coal supply quantity detector 7 comprising a tachometer for carrying belt and a load cell for measuring the weight on the belt. A coal supply quantity signal detected through the detector 7 is passed through a function generator 14 to produce a signal D expressed in terms of the grain size of pulverized coal and the signal D is fed to an operating circuit 15. The operating circuit 15 operates an average air flow basing on a primary air flow received from an air flow transmitter 9 and the inner diameter of a pulverized coal pipe 4. A frictional electromotive force sensor 10 is disposed in the way of the pulverized coal pipe 4 and outputs from two electrode rods 11, 12 inserted into the pulverized coal pipe 4 are fed to the operating circuit 15 where a flow rate of pulverized coal is calculated according to the formula; flow rate of pulverized coal = sensor output X grain size/(velocity of flow)c(where, C is a constant).

摘要： PURPOSE:To establish a highly reliable flow rate measuring method having a long service life requiring no correct length of straight pipe by determing a pressure difference from measurements of mill outlet pressure and burner inlet pressure and performing an operation basing on the pressure difference and a measurement of air flow rate of a mill. CONSTITUTION:Coal is thrown through a feeder 2 of a coal feeder 1 into a mill 3 where the coal is pulverized and carried through a pulverized coal pipe 4 into the burner 6 of a boiler 5. Pressure gauges 7, 8 are disposed at the outlet of the mill 3 and at the inlet of the burner 6 and a mill outlet pressure P1 and a burner inlet pressure P2 detected are fed to a comparator 9 comprising a subtractor which produces a difference DELTAP=(P1-P2). Primary air flow rate Qa of the mill 3 is measured through an air flow rate transmitter 11 disposed on the air inlet side of an air introduction pipe 10 to the mill 3. An operating circuit 12 receives the difference signal DELTAP from the comparator 9 and the air flow rate Qa measured through the air flow rate transmitter 11 and determines a flow rate Qc of pulverized coal according to a predetermined formula.

A signal of which height is limited is fed to the limiter 20 for limiting a rate of variation at an inputting part and an outputting part, each of a rate of variation (x) and (y) of an inputting rate and a removing rate is separately and most suitably limited by instructions from calculation circuits 25 and 26 for use in performing a calculation in response to a load range applied by the holding signal 15 and a signal of a rate of variation of output, resulting in forming a BIR signal 21 which is added to a basic fuel instruction 31 at an adder 22 and then a fuel instruction 23 is fed to a boiler.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to insert a lock bolt into a bedrock radially from a tunnel in order to reinforce the bedrock and to improve the stability of the tunnel. CONSTITUTION:A block body 6 is borne on a truck 4 moving in the longitudinal direction of a tunnel 1 so that it is capable of rotation. A reel 10 on which a lock bolt 12 of a wire material is wound is borne on the rear of the block body 6 so that it is capable of rotation. A turning body 16 is pivoted on the front end of the block body 6 through a shaft 15 at right angles to the center of rotation of the block body 6. The lock bolt 12 wound on the reel 10 is drawn out toward the turning body 16 by the first drawing out mechanism 18 mounted to the block body 6, and the lock bolt 12 is drawn out in the radial direction of the tunnel 1 by the second drawing out mechanism 25. In addition, the insertion direction of the lock bolt 12 to a bedrock 35 is adjusted by rotating the block body 6 or by turning the turning body 16 with the shaft 15 as the center.

The entire body is hauled at the same speed, and the strander is rotated at a constant speed while the stranding die is passed therethrough, and more process is done, so as to form a tubular tension material 3. The tension material 3 is inserted into a hole 5 for penetrating a ground anchor tension material, while a grout 4 is pressurized and filled in from the front end through a hollow part in the core part of the tension material 3, and a tension fixing tool 7 is mounted. The cost can be reduced by supplying the grout material 4 from the front end of the tension material 3 and whereby determining the appropriate amount of the material.

Thereby, the drilled bore 6 is made in a uniform size slightly larger than the external size of the outer tube 8, and the drilling is made stably without being influenced by self-weight of the drilling machine even in the case of horizontal drilling.

The drill 20 with the bit is placed at a frontest end and the drill 21 bores the guide hole at that time, and the whole drilling device is borne, thus constantly holding the direction of drilling in the rectilinear propagative direction.
