摘要： PURPOSE:To enable smooth, speedy, and secure inspection by suspending a camera case atop of a main body case in a free entering/exiting state, providing plural line levers which have balance weights radially from the center of gravity of the case, and moving up and down the case. CONSTITUTION:The camera case 22 which contains a TV camera is suspended atop of the main body case 1 in the free entering/exiting state, the linear levers 25 and 26 are provided radially from the gravity center position of the case 22, and the balance weights 27 are fixed atop; and a take-up drum 13 for a flexible wire W which moves up and down the case 22 is provided at the base end part of the case 1. Then the device is put in the closed tank from its upper nozzle part and the case 22 is moved along longitudinal and lateral weld lines while freely elevated and swiveled in the tank; and the TV camera photographs the internal state, which is monitored and observed from outside and also video- taped. Consequently, the smooth, speedy, and secure inspection becomes possible.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perfectly inspect the inner wall surface of a hermetically closed tank by supporting a case having a television camera built therein at the leading end of a multistage cylinder in a state opposed to the inner wall surface of the tank at a right angle to raise, lower and revolve the same. CONSTITUTION:The multistage cylinder Y pivotally provided in the main body case 1 of the apparatus introduced into a hermetically closed tank T from the branch pipe part U thereof is raised at the center of the tank T by a rotary shaft 25. A camera case 36 having a television camera received therein is supported at the leading end part of said cylinder Y and revolved by the rotation of the flexible shaft 18 provided on the lower part thereof and controlled in its extension and retraction by the wire cable 33 connected to said leading end part in the same way. By this method, the inspection of the inner wall surface of the tank T can be performed smoothly, rapidly and certainly.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a labor saving and a complete working operation by a method wherein an extremity end of a cylindrical nozzle is pushed against an inlet port of a fine tube, a main body is slid through an outer cylinder and pushed into against a spring force, resulting in that each of the water passing ports is communicated to each other to inject the pressurized water so as to detect a resilient removal of the brush. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized water is supplied to the main body 4 and at the same time a brush item is pushed into a fine tube, an operating knob 3 is held with a hand, a tip 18 at the extremity end of the cylindrical nozzle 9 is pushed against an inlet opening edge of fine tube P, the main body 4 is pushed into the assembly, the pressurized water fed from the water supplying hose is guided into the nozzle 9 at a stage where the water passing port 15 of the cylindrical nozzle 9 is coincided with the water passing port 7 of the outer cylinder 6 so as to cause the water to be injected from the injection port 32. With this arrangement, the brush unit is pushed into the fine tube and finally the brush is removed from the long fine tube outlet and cleaned. When the pressurized water is injected from the injection port 32, a pipe inside pressure in a closed chamber is increased and the valve is pushed up through a bypassing passage and a communication passage, a sensing rod is pushed up and when the brush unit is removed, it is pushed down by a spring force and then it can be sensed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To peel off and disperse adhering ash from heat transfer pipes by permitting a heating means to perform heating from room temperature over specific temperature and allowing the device to be rapidly heated so as to form enough temperature difference to form an internal stress discontinuous part between the layers of a boiler heat transfer pipe surface part and the adhering ash. CONSTITUTION:The heat expansion characteristic of adhering ash rapidly changes in the range of 200-300 deg.C, particularly 250-300 deg.C by the change of a crystal structure. A heating means is allowed to heat to form temperature difference so as to form an internal stress discontinuous part in the boundary surface of a boiler heat transfer pipe surface part and the adhering ash or in the layer direction of the adhering ash fixed on heat transfer pipes and the adhering ash is embrittled or peeled off from the boundary surface between the heat transfer pipes and the adhering ash. For instance, after the adhering ash 22 fixed on and under of the heat transfer pipes 20a to be cleaned is irradiated by high energy visible rays and near infrared rays to peel off, disperse and remove, the heat transfer pipes 20a are put between both the sides with the use of a heater body 1 to whole-circumferentially irradiate the adhering ash 22 so as to peel off and disperse.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect the three-dimensional positional information at the inside of an object to be inspected by arranging ultrasonic vibrators and array probes in such a way that the length directions of the vibrators are oriented in the same direction and the probes are inclined so that the probes cannot intersect the vibrator arranging direction at right angles. CONSTITUTION:Numerous rectangular ultrasonic vibrators 11, 11, are arranged in a line, with their length directions being oriented in the same direction. Then array probes 10 are arranged in inclined states so that the probes 10 cannot intersect the vibrator 11 arranging direction, namely, X-direction at right angles. Therefore, the probes 10 constitute an equivalent array in the direction orthogonal to the length directions of the vibrators 11. When the individual vibrators 11 are arranged in one line, with their length directions being inclined in the same direction, the three-dimensional position information at the inside of an object to be inspected can be detected accurately by causing an ultrasonic beam to scan two-dimensionally in the equivalent array and vibrator arranging directions.

CONSTITUTION:A latch circuit like an F/F 14 is provided to the time measuring circuit 10 which starts a counter 18 when receiving a 1st detection signal corresponding to a surface reflected wave to count the clock signal of a clock generating circuit 13 and stops the counter 18 when receiving a 2nd detection signal corresponding to a bottom surface reflected wave or defect reflected wave. This latch circuit inputs the 1st detection signal at an S terminal and the 2nd detection signal at an R terminal. Then even if a next 1st detection signal is inputted, the signal is discarded until the 2nd detection signal is inputted after the former 1st detection signal is received.

Seventh cylinder 66 is driven to deliver the washing ammunition 65 to the openings of the small tubes (c) through delivery port 68a. Subsequently, injection nozzles 64a are fitted to the openings of the small tubes (c) and pressure fluid is injected into the small tubes (c) through the injection nozzles 64a together with the washing ammunition 65.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make inspection efficient and stable by automating the inspection of the heat transfer pipe of a condenser by correcting the positional shift of a probe and aligning the axial core of the probe with that of the heat transfer pipe to send the probe into the heat transfer pipe. CONSTITUTION:A probe 9 for inspecting a flaw is held by a probe gun 10 while the probe gun 10 is held by a probe inserting apparatus 11. The apparatus 11 holds the probe gun 10 so as to make said gun 10 freely movable in the radius direction but not to move the same in the axial direction by a pin 12. This mechanism 24 is made movable in a tube plate surface direction by a linear bearing 14, a guide 15 and a cylinder 16. Further, the apparatus 11 is mounted to a movable apparatus 18 by an arm 17 and the apparatus 18 is mounted to a tube plate 21 in parallel to the surface thereof through a guide 19 and clamps 20. The positional shift of the probe 9 is corrected by moving the mechanism 24 by the cylinder 16 and the axial core of the probe is aligned with that of a heat transfer pipe to be inspected to send the probe 9 into the heat transfer pipe 6 to be inspected. Further, compressed air is sent into the probe gun 10 and the probe 9 is allowed to advance through the heat transfer pipe 6 to perform inspection.

Consequently, large-amount data processing is performed at an actual spot, so measurement and image processing are carried out in real time.
