    • PURPOSE:To permit to wash the inside of respective small tubes efficiently and safely by a method wherein a walking device is provided in the middle section of horizontal guide rail laid radially and a washing ammunition firing device is moved on the guide rail under sending intermittently. CONSTITUTION:The guide rail 1 and the walking device 4 are provided along a tube plate (b) positioned at the openings of the small tubes (c) while said devices are mounted temporarily on predetermined small tubes (c) to effect self holding by operating chucking devices 3a, 3b. Further, an ammunition feeding tube 70 is penetrated through the cartridge 68 of the washing ammunition firing device 56 and is connected to a washing ammunition supplying device 71 installed at the outside of a manhole (j). The washing ammunition supplying device 71 is driven to supply the washing ammunition 65 to the cartridge 68 of the washing ammunition firing device 57 one by one. On the other hand, the firing device 57 is located in conjunction with the operation of the supplying device 71 at a position opposing to the openings of respective small tubes (c). Seventh cylinder 66 is driven to deliver the washing ammunition 65 to the openings of the small tubes (c) through delivery port 68a. Subsequently, injection nozzles 64a are fitted to the openings of the small tubes (c) and pressure fluid is injected into the small tubes (c) through the injection nozzles 64a together with the washing ammunition 65.

    • PURPOSE:To make inspection efficient and stable by automating the inspection of the heat transfer pipe of a condenser by correcting the positional shift of a probe and aligning the axial core of the probe with that of the heat transfer pipe to send the probe into the heat transfer pipe. CONSTITUTION:A probe 9 for inspecting a flaw is held by a probe gun 10 while the probe gun 10 is held by a probe inserting apparatus 11. The apparatus 11 holds the probe gun 10 so as to make said gun 10 freely movable in the radius direction but not to move the same in the axial direction by a pin 12. This mechanism 24 is made movable in a tube plate surface direction by a linear bearing 14, a guide 15 and a cylinder 16. Further, the apparatus 11 is mounted to a movable apparatus 18 by an arm 17 and the apparatus 18 is mounted to a tube plate 21 in parallel to the surface thereof through a guide 19 and clamps 20. The positional shift of the probe 9 is corrected by moving the mechanism 24 by the cylinder 16 and the axial core of the probe is aligned with that of a heat transfer pipe to be inspected to send the probe 9 into the heat transfer pipe 6 to be inspected. Further, compressed air is sent into the probe gun 10 and the probe 9 is allowed to advance through the heat transfer pipe 6 to perform inspection.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power system stabilizing apparatus capable of stabilizing both frequencies and voltages of a separate system, and to provide a method of controlling the same.
      SOLUTION: At a control execution unit 29, two-staged control, i.e., first-stage control and second-stage control, is sequentially carried out. A second-stage control selection unit 24 selects either disconnection of generators 1a to 1c or loads 5a to 5c or disconnection or connection of phase modifying devices 6a to 6c as control operation in the second-stage control based on the following combination: a combination of the plus or minus of a frequency variation and the plus or minus of a voltage variation obtained when a certain time has passed after the execution of the first-stage control. Each operation amount in the second-stage control is computed by a correction effective power control computation unit 25, a correction reactive power control computation unit 26, an emergency effective power control computation unit 27, and an emergency reactive power control computation unit 28.
