摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a resistance to degradation of laminated glass by nipping a laminated films comprising two polarized films and a specific optically anisotropic film laminated therebetween with two glass plates through ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer adhesive layers. CONSTITUTION:Two polarized films 4 and 6 prepared by laminating one or two support films such as polyester films to one or two sides of a PVA film containing a two color dye polarizing element such as a diazo compound and having mutually orthogonal, angular or parallel polarizing axes laminated with each other through an optically anisotropic film 5 having a polarizing axis orthogonal to the above polarizing axes to provide a laminated film. The laminated film is nipped with glass plates 2 and 8 through carboxyl-modified ethylene-vinyl acetate saponified adhesive layers 3 and 7 having a melting point of 70-100 deg.C to provide a decorative laminated glass plate 1 composed of at least one of the glass plates 2 and 8 being an UV light-shielding glass plate containing CeO2, non-reflecting SiO2 films 2a and 8a being formed on one or two outer surfaces of the glass plates 2 and 8, and an IR light-shielding layer 2b comprising a metal thin film being formed on the inner side the glass plate 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the surface hardness of multifoam glass and to enhance sound insulating performance by forming a laminated material consisting of the layer of a raw material for foam glass and the layer of a raw material for shell glass having prescribed bulk specific gravity respectively and providing many rugged patterns on the surface of the above-mentioned layer of shell glass. CONSTITUTION:Both a raw material for foam glass consisting of a granulated mixture of fine glass powder, a foaming agent and a binder and a raw material for shell glass consisting of the granulated mixture of fine glass powder and the binder or furthermore the foaming agent are prepared. The layer of the raw material for shell glass and the layer of the raw material for foam glass are laminated and calcined. Then rugged patterns consisting of semispherical projections are formed by pressing the top surface of the layer of the shell glass in such a stage that the top surface is cured. A multifoam glass body having the above-mentioned rugged patterns wherein the layer of foam glass having =0.8 bulk specific gravity and 3-20mm thickness are integrally formed is obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain foam glass having excellent impact strength, machinability and scratch resistance, by covering at least one surface of a foamed layer with a skin layer having high bulk density and specific structure and integrating the foamed layer with the skin layer. CONSTITUTION:The objective foam glass is produced by integrating a foamed layer with a skin layer having higher bulk density than the foamed layer and covering at least one surface of the foamed layer. The skin layer is composed of a matrix phase consisting of fine glass powder or a mixture of fine glass powder and fine inorganic pigment powder contacting with each other and containing glass particles of 0.5-5.2mm in diameter dispersed in the matrix phase. The amount of the glass particles in the skin layer is 15-30vol%. The bulk densities of the foamed layer and the skin layer are preferably 0.3-0.6 and 0.8-1.7, respectively. The foamed glass produced by this process has remarkably excellent properties such as impact strength, flexural strength, scratch resistance, machinability, etc., and can be effectively applied as an interior or exterior material or external wall material of buildings.
