    • PURPOSE:To improve a resistance to degradation of laminated glass by nipping a laminated films comprising two polarized films and a specific optically anisotropic film laminated therebetween with two glass plates through ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer adhesive layers. CONSTITUTION:Two polarized films 4 and 6 prepared by laminating one or two support films such as polyester films to one or two sides of a PVA film containing a two color dye polarizing element such as a diazo compound and having mutually orthogonal, angular or parallel polarizing axes laminated with each other through an optically anisotropic film 5 having a polarizing axis orthogonal to the above polarizing axes to provide a laminated film. The laminated film is nipped with glass plates 2 and 8 through carboxyl-modified ethylene-vinyl acetate saponified adhesive layers 3 and 7 having a melting point of 70-100 deg.C to provide a decorative laminated glass plate 1 composed of at least one of the glass plates 2 and 8 being an UV light-shielding glass plate containing CeO2, non-reflecting SiO2 films 2a and 8a being formed on one or two outer surfaces of the glass plates 2 and 8, and an IR light-shielding layer 2b comprising a metal thin film being formed on the inner side the glass plate 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide infrared reflective laminated glass with curved shape which has high transmissivity to visible light, high reflectivity in the infrared region, excellent insulating effect, and transmits a variety of radio waves. SOLUTION: In the laminated glass, a plastic film is sandwiched between two resin intermediate films, and an infrared reflective film is formed in the plastic film by alternately laminating resin films having different refractive indexes. The plastic film in which the infrared reflective film is formed meets any of the following conditions; (A) thermal shrinkage of 0.5 to 3% in 90 to 150°C temperature range, (B) elastic modulus of 30 to 2,000 MPa in 90 to 150°C temperature range, and (C) the rate of elongation of the plastic film is 0.3% or less when 10 N tensile force per 1 m width of the plastic film is exerted in 90 to 150°C temperature range.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing plastic film-inserted laminated glass, in which a plastic film is not wrinkled when the plastic film is interposed between resin intermediate films and the plastic film-interposed films are interposed between two glass sheets, each of which is curved to have a curved surface, to produce the laminated glass.
      SOLUTION: The method for producing plastic film-inserted laminated glass comprises the steps of: inserting the plastic film between the resin intermediate films and superposing them on one another to obtain a laminate; and inserting the laminated film between two curved glass sheets to produce the laminated glass, otherwise, comprises the steps of: layering the resin intermediate film, the plastic film, the resin intermediate film and the curved glass sheet in this order on one curved glass sheet to obtain a laminate; and deaerating the space between the curved glass sheets of the laminate. At these steps, the environmental temperature during the working time and the temperatures of the resin intermediate film and the plastic film are controlled within 10-25°C.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a peep hole for a monitor camera is required for a shade part provided on an upper edge of a windshield of an advanced safety car with a monitor system of a road condition mounted thereon, and bubbles and vision distortion are present in a boundary of a translucent part provided in the shade part in a method for manufacturing the windshield by fitting a transparent synthetic resin-made film in a synthetic resin-made film with a window opened in the shade part.
      SOLUTION: A windshield is manufactured by firstly manufacturing a synthetic resin-made film for a glass laminate having a translucent part in a shade part through adhesion, and secondly laminating the synthetic resin-made film between a plurality of glass plates. The synthetic resin-made film with the shade part and the translucent part adhered thereto is manufactured by forming a hole of a substantially same shape as that of the translucent part for monitoring at a predetermined position of the shade part, fitting the transparent synthetic resin-made film of the substantially same shape as that of the hole therein, heating a butted boundary part with hot air to soften and adhere the synthetic resin, and cooling the boundary part to integrate the synthetic resin.
