    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely identify the locus of a corresponding point from a multi view point input image by changing a detecting condition that an identifying means uses and generating parametric image data expressing a corresponding point with a luminescent spot identified every individual point. SOLUTION: A corresponding point locus judging part 12 scans the multi view point image in a memory 11 to search the image of the luminescent spot with a linear locus. This search is controlled by a coefficient sent from a coefficient control part 13. A memory 14 stores the coefficient of the locus of the detected luminescent spot (n) and the grey level of the luminescent spot in a file 40. Judgement at the locus judging part 12 uses a threshold value, which is controlled by a threshold value control part 15. A memory 16 holds a position of the locus of the corresponding point in the image and a detected condition. A data output part 17 outputs the coefficient of the locus of the corresponding point. A data input part 110 inputs parametric data from the file 40. Then a corresponding point locus interpolation part 31 interpolates the locus of the corresponding point of a data input part 30 from the position of the actual view point of an observer to generate an image seen from the view point.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily handleable device by providing first and second display modes and generating display for synthesizer control on a monitor in the case that it is in the second display mode and an optional video transmission terminal is connected to a synthesizer. SOLUTION: In a video reception terminal 18, a camera control client 50 for remotelly controlling a camera 16 connected to a video transmission terminal 12 connected to a network 10 is installed. Also, a video reception software 52 for expanding compressed video data from the video transmission terminal 12 and displaying them on a monitor screen is installed as well. In the video reception terminal 18, a map management software 54 for displaying the arrangement positions of the respective cameras 16 and a present state on a map as camera symbols and displaying an operation panel for operating the respective cameras 16 is installed. The video reception software 52 is also a software for managing the cameras 16 connected to all the video transmission terminals 12 connected to the network 10.
