Detachment prevention portions 29 fastening the fitting portions 54 from the outside in an axial direction are provided at the axial ends of the cylindrical portion 22, and the edges of the detachment prevention portions 29 abut on the fitting portions 54. The fitting portions 54 project axially outside of the legs 53, and stepped portions 55 are formed between the fitting portions 54 and legs 53.
