摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent coming off of collar by expanding diameter of fringe of a pipe by press-fitting a flanged collar on the outer periphery of the pipe in which connecting pins on the drive and driven sides are press-fitted. CONSTITUTION:In a flexible joint 1, pipes 7, 7 in which connecting pins 2 are press-fitted are held opposingly at the predetermined interval, and a collars 6 having flanges 5 are press-fitted. Polyester fiber 3 is wound over the collars 6, 6. The diameter of a fringe 8 of the pipe 7 is expanded by arbitrary means, and the collar 6 is pressed from the outside at the fringe 8. Consequently, coming-off of the collar 6 is prevented and durability is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance accuracy, strength and durability by alternately coaxially arranging a plurality of cylinders connected to a driving and a driven shaft at equal intervals, surrounding the cylinders by rubber elastic bodies, connecting the adjacent elastic bodies by a disk made of a synthetic resin, and forming axial projections between the cylinders. CONSTITUTION:Inner cylinders 20 each made of metal and connected to a shaft on a driving side and inner cylinders 21 each made of metal and connected to a shaft on a driven side are alternately arranged coaxially with each other on the same circumference. Rubber elastic bodies 22, 23 surround the whole circumferences of the inner cylinders 20, 21 so as to absorb vibration and alleviate an abrupt load during rotation, and further to reduce noise and absorb a bend and torsion of a coupling. The rubber elastic bodies 22, 23 are independently arranged in the predetermined portions of a disk 24 made of a synthetic resin so that tensile force between the inner cylinders 20, 21 during the rotation can be transmitted. Projections 26, each edge of which is formed into an arcuate shape surrounding the outer periphery of each inner cylinder 20, 21, are formed between the inner cylinders 20, 21 in the disc 24 made of synthetic resin, for restricting an angle between the driving shaft and the driven shaft if both the shafts are rotated with torsion. Consequently, it is possible to enhance accuracy, strength and durability.

When the number of primary twist of the twine made of polyamide or polyester and the twine made of aromatic polyamide are respectively represented with (m), (n), the desirable relation is that (m):(n)=1:0.7-1:2. A tensile member having the excellent heat characteristic and of which durability is improved can be thereby obtained.
