    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover cutting chips of a dry cutter and facilitate disposal of recovered cut chips.
SOLUTION: An air blower 3 is started, an air flow is injected into a cutting groove from a blowoff port 40 and a blade 1 is cooled while generated cut chips are blown off and suspended in air. Since a valve 42 is throttled and the volume of air injected is reduced and made smaller than the volume of air sucked and the outside air is sucked to the inside from an opening between the skirt of a blade cover 10 and a road surface, cut chips do not leak from the opening. Since cut chips reach a cyclone 2 from a suction duct 11, are separated and deposits on a bottom section, a bottom plate 21 is opened and recovered into a dust collecting bag 23. Since the suction air flow is returned to a suction port for the air blower 3 through a filter 4 and circulated, an exhaust is not discharged to the outside air, and an environmental pollution can be reduced largely, and the frequency of the exchange of the filters is decreased because cut chips are separated by the cyclone 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muddy water treatment apparatus capable of increasing a treatment speed in spite of a small size, and a muddy water treatment method for increasing the treatment speed. SOLUTION: Water sending means 11 and 12 for enabling the muddy water in a muddy water tank 1 to flow in a stirring tank 2 and treated water supply means 41 and 42 for supplying the treated water (cleaned water) of a treated water tank 4 to the sent muddy water to dilute the muddy water are provided. A flocculant tank 5 for charging a liquid flocculant in the stirring tank 2 is provided. A water sending passage 31 is provided between the stirring tank 2 and a sedimentation tank 3, and a center well permitting the inflow of reactive water sent by the water sending passage and a flow channel 35 for allowing supernatant water to naturally flow in the treated water tank 4 are provided to the sedimentation tank 3. The flow channel 35 reaches the treated water tank 4. In the muddy water treatment method, muddy water to be treated is allowed to flow in the stirring tank and the treated water stored in the treated water tank 4 is allowed to flow in the stirring tank at the same time to dilute the muddy water, and the muddy water and the treated water are stirred while the liquid flocculant is charged in the stirring tank to accelerate the formation of flocs and the treated water is reutilized in the dilution of muddy water.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to recycle the sludge generated during cutting of paved road surfaces, etc., by a high-speed rotary cutter by subjecting the sludge to a solid-liquid separation and to make an apparatus compact and movable. SOLUTION: A water tank 1, an agitating vessel 2 and a settling vessel 3 are integrated and the water sent from the water tank 1 to the cutter 31 is sucked and is fed into the agitating vessel 2. Simultaneously the diluting water is sent from the water tank 1 to the agitating vessel 2 and the sucked sludge is diluted to a concentration at which a flocculation reaction takes place easily. The flock formed by injection of the flocculating agent from a flocculating agent tank 40 and agitation by an agitator 13 flows over the settling vessel 3 and is subjected to the solid-liquid separation. The treated water is collected in an overflow trough 17, is dropped by gravity, and is returned to an auxiliary settling vessel 19. The treated water is stored in the water tank 1 and is recycled. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting-sludge-containing water treatment equipment capable of treating cutting-sludge-containing water at the site of cutting work and also, to provide a cutting- sludge-containing water treatment process for which the treatment equipment is used and by which the resulting treated water can be reutilized. SOLUTION: This treatment equipment is provided with an agitation vessel 2 for mixing a coagulant into cutting-sludge-containing water and agitating them while storing the sludge- containing water, a coagulant feeder 23 which is placed above the agitation vessel 2 and used for charging the coagulant into the agitating vessel 2, a dehydration vessel 3 which is placed adjacently to the agitation vessel 2 and used for storing treated water while separating the treated water from an aqueous reaction product of coagulation reaction in the agitation vessel 2, a storage pump 35 for pumping the treated water separated in the dehydration vessel 3, and valves 37 and 38 for supplying the treated water to an injection water tank 4 and the agitation tank 2 respectively. This treatment process comprises in the agitation vessel 2, sucking and storing cutting-sludge-containing water while feeding a coagulant into the cutting-sludge-containing water and agitating them; in the dehydration vessel 3, dehydrating flocks in an aqueous reaction product of coagulation reaction due to agitation in the agitation vessel 2, to separate and recover only treated water from the flocks, and transferring the recovered treated water to the injection water tank 4 to reutilize the treated water as injection water for cutting.
