    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dredging wastewater purification system which can easily purify slag wastewater generated in dredging works, and is easily maintained and controlled.
      SOLUTION: Sludge water generated when dredging a river or the like is fed into a first water storage tank 101 to be settled and filtered therein. The first water storage tank 101 is connected to a second water storage tank 102 through a water pipe 103, and a first polymeric microfilter 104 is provided in the middle of the water pipe 103 to filter a supernatant part of the first water storage tank 101. The water passing through the first polymeric microfilter 104 is settled and filtered in the second water storage tank 102. The second water storage tank 102 is connected to a water pipe 106, and a second polymeric microfilter 105 is provided in the middle of the water pipe 106 to filter a supernatant part of the second water storage tank 102.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coal dressing system in which water used in coal dressing treatment can easily be cleaned and whose maintenance and control are also easy.
      SOLUTION: The coal dressing system 100 includes a water tank 101 in which coal dressing water 108 is stored, a sorting chamber 102 in which coal 109 to be sorted is received, and an air chamber 103 for varying the water level in the sorting chamber 102. When air is introduced into the air chamber 103 by operating an air pump 103b, the water level in the air chamber 103 drops and the water level in the sorting chamber 102 rises. When the air in the air chamber 103 is discharged, the water level in the air chamber 103 rises and the water level in the sorting chamber 102 drops. Since pulverized coal is mixed with the water in the water tank 101 through a net 102a, filtration with a polymer microfilter 105 is carried out. The coal dressing water is filtered through the polymer microfilter 105 and clean water with the pulverized coal removed is obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding machine for centrifugal molding of concrete wherein suspended water generated upon washing can easily be cleaned and maintenance and control can easily be conducted.
      SOLUTION: Upon washing the molding machine 100 for centrifugal molding of concrete, a molding tube 101 is washed with water by sprinkling water from an upper position of the molding tube while the molding tube 101 is rotated at relatively low speed. A large amount of a slag stuck on the molding tube 101 is removed by washing, and suspended water generated by this washing is recovered by a recovering plate 103 for wasted water, and introduced in a high polymer micro-filter 105 through a water-flow tube 106 equipped in the recovering plate 103 for wasted water. Wasted water filtered by the high polymer micro-filter 105 is discarded as such or pumped up by a pump 107 and refluxed to a water-sprinkling plug.
