    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum wheel manufacturing method for manufacturing an aluminum wheel having improved fatigue strength while basically utilizing a casting method.
      SOLUTION: The aluminum wheel manufacturing method comprises a step of casting an aluminum wheel stock, a step of heating a rim of the cast aluminum wheel stock and re-melting the rim to the inner side thereof, and a step of hot-rolling the rim to a predetermined shape. The structure of an aluminum alloy to constitute the rim flows, and casting flaws present in the rim are considerably reduced. In addition, as a result of re-melting, crystal grains of the aluminum alloy are refined, and degenerated into a dense and uniform structure.
