A high-performance filter is provided across a ventilation path between the suction fan and the blow-out surface of the clean air blowing part, thereby obtaining a divided structure in which a suction fan portion and an air blow-out portion are separated. The high-performance filter is provided across a ventilation path within the box body of the clean bench body, and the high-performance filter is also provided across a ventilation path inside of the clean air blowing part.

      SOLUTION: The air curtain system is so constructed that the side casings, installed in both side surfaces of a passage space in the doorway of a room space each have a blower for force-feeding forced air from a nozzle, an air passage and a drive means for driving the blower, to blow an air curtain current across the passage space, and that air curtain current outlets of the side casings are oriented so as to cause the air curtains blown away from the room from the air flow nozzles to cross each other in the passage. The use of turbofans as the blowers and DC brushless motors as the blower drive means reduces the footprint of the casings, saves energy and facilitates speed control.

      SOLUTION: The cabinet comprises an air feeding path through which air entering from an operation space and an operation space opening part is sent to a positive pressure chamber via a negative pressure stream path by a fan and clean air is sent into an operation chamber from a positive pressure chamber via an air feeding filter and an exhaust path through which the clean air is sent into an exhaust cylinder from the positive pressure chamber via an exhaust filter. Further, an exhaust air amount detection member and a feeding air amount detection member are disposed on the downstream side of respective HEPA filters of the exhaust path and the air feeding path and the rotation output of a fan motor is controlled based on detection data of the respective air quantity detection members.

      SOLUTION: In the clean dry storage, a door 4 for taking in/out an article is disposed in the front of a sealed internal space 3 and a main filter 6 is attached in the back to make a clean air outlet part 5. The clean dry storage also has air circulation pathways 11-7 for forcing air sucked/collected from an air collecting port 9 to the main filter 6 and a blower means 8.
