    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean bench capable of arbitrarily changing a direction or a position of an air current blasted to an object to be processed as needed, in accordance with a shape/constitution of the object to be processed so as to perform work under an optimal air current in accordance with a shape mode and others of the object to be processed, when performing processing work in a work space.SOLUTION: A clean bench body formed by internally packaging a suction fan within a box body comprises: a flexible duct for guiding exhaust air discharged from the suction fan to a clean air blowing part employing a lightweight resin material in a honeycomb structure; and a universal arm supporting the clean air blowing part while turning a blow-out surface of the blowing part in an appropriate direction. A high-performance filter is provided across a ventilation path between the suction fan and the blow-out surface of the clean air blowing part, thereby obtaining a divided structure in which a suction fan portion and an air blow-out portion are separated. The high-performance filter is provided across a ventilation path within the box body of the clean bench body, and the high-performance filter is also provided across a ventilation path inside of the clean air blowing part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an exhaust apparatus which has a filter to be used for removing nanomaterials, the filter of which can be maintained safely and easily and which can be used in an apparatus for removing nanoparticles. SOLUTION: The exhaust apparatus has the filter and a fan. A filter clamp is arranged in a flow path of a circulating air current to be formed by the suction power of the fan so that the filter clamp is supported in a housing of the exhaust apparatus while being swung freely by a torque hinge. A prefilter is disposed in the filter clamp and a HEPA filter is disposed on the inside of the prefilter. A front cover having a square-shaped opening is arranged on the front surface of the exhaust apparatus so that the upper edge of the front cover can be swung by a hinge arranged on the lower edge thereof. The prefilter is arranged in the square-shaped opening so that the lower edge of the prefilter can be swung freely by a torque hinge arranged on the upper edge thereof. Fixing claws for holding the filter between them are arranged respectively on both side faces of the filter clamp having a U shape in the cross section and a beamed shape.
