    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking system for precisely controlling braking force. SOLUTION: The braking system controls hydraulic pressure passages between a master cylinder and each wheel cylinder so that the transmission coefficient of hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder to the wheel cylinders provided on wheels on a high μ load side becomes smaller as master cylinder pressure has a higher increasing speed when there are different friction coefficients between each of right and left wheels and a road surface. Even when the master cylinder pressure increases at a high speed, the transmission coefficient becomes smaller and so the wheel cylinder pressure dose not increase at a high speed, and even when the master cylinder pressure increases at a low speed, the transmission coefficient becomes larger and so the wheel cylinder pressure does not increase at a low speed. As a result, the increasing speed dependability of the wheel cylinder pressure on the master cylinder pressure is suppressed and the wheel cylinder pressure provided on the wheels on the high μ road side to be subjected to yaw control during travel on a crossover road, namely, braking force is more precisely controlled. Based on a target pressure difference between operating pressure and the braking pressure during the ABS operation and target braking pressure, the control device 8 determines whether or not the linear pulse pressure increase control is executed. Thus, the braking force control device 1 and the control device 8 have an effect of allowing appropriate suppression of abnormal noise.
