    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile washing unit which is freely moved to very near a desired building needing washing and by which washing liquid is sprayed from a washing liquid spray gun to wash the building by its own equipment even in a place having no power source or the like. SOLUTION: A mobile washing unit is constituted of a water supply pipe 50 for taking in water from a water source S such as waterworks and well water, a pressurizing pump 40 for pressurizing and feeding water taken from the water source S, a boiler 60 for heating water similarly taken from the water source S, if necessary, a generator 30 for feeding electricity for operating the boiler 30 and the like, an engine 10 for driving the generator 30 and the pressurizing pump 40, and a fuel tank 20 for feeding fuel to the engine 10. Furthermore, at least a concentrated washing liquid tank 80, a blending tank 70 for blending concentrated washing liquid from the concentrated washing liquid tank 80 and water taken from the water source S, and a washing liquid spray gun 90 for spraying washing liquid from the blending tank 70 are provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform necessary roofing work without imposing a burden on a roof by providing an inclined ladder part extending obliquely upward from the tip of a vertical ladder part and a bending part to prevent slipping-out by coming into contact with a ridge part of the roof so as to be rolled in from above on this tip. SOLUTION: Plural small diameter ladder parts A and large diameter ladder parts B are respectively connected to each other so that a length can be freely adjusted in a vertical ladder part 10 and an inclined ladder part 20, and a length of the vertical ladder part 10 and the inclined ladder part 20 is adjusted. A downward bending part 30 is installed on the tip of the inclined ladder part 20, and comes into contact with a ridge part G1 of a roof of a greenhouse G so as to be rolled in from above. A joint piece is projected to the upper ends of a pair of side levers 1 and 1 of the vertical ladder part 10, and a joint piece in the shape of sandwiching this joint piece is arranged on the base end of a pair of side levers 1 and 1 of the inclined ladder part 20, and both joint pieces are rotatably connected to each other by a joint pin, and the inclined ladder part 20 can rotate in the vertical direction to the vertical ladder part 10.
