摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the insulation breakdown and deterioration of multilayered antireflection films by collecting the static electricity generated on a glass substrate with multilayered antireflection films to a current collecting part through a conductive layer in the multilayered antireflection film and leading out the static electricity from the current collecting part through an earth taking-out terminal to the outside. CONSTITUTION:Conductive frit paste 2 is applied on the part on the glass substrate 1 near the periphery thereof. The paste is then calcined and baked and is subjected to a desired bending; thereafter, the multilayered antireflection films having an antistatic effect are formed on the glass substrate 1. Finally, the earth taking-out terminal 4 is formed to the position in the upper part of the current collecting part 2 on the uppermost layer of the multilayered antireflection films 3. The static electric ity generated on the glass substrate 1 with the multilayered antireflection films is then collected through the conductive layer in the films 3 to the current collecting part 2 and is led out of the current collecting part 2 to the outside through the earth taking-out terminal 4. The insulation breakdown and the deterioration of the multilayered antireflection films 3 are prevented in this way.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a four-layer antireflection coating comprising a high refractive-index film, a low-refractive-index film, a high-refractive-index film, and a low-refractive index film on a substrate, in which the low-refractive-index film in direct contact with the substrate has a sheet resistance below a predetermined value to attenuate low-frequency electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION:A four layer antireflection coating comprises a first high- refractive-index film in direct contact with a substrate. The first film has a sheet resistance less than 7X10 OMEGA/square so as to attenuate low frequency electromagnetic waves of 400kHz or less to a quarter or less. Moreover, the optical film thickness n1d1 (n1: refractive index, d1: actual film thickness, the subscript letter is the number of layers above the substrate) of the first film should be within a range of 0.04 lambda0 to 0.082lambda0, where lambda0 is the designed wavelength. Preferably n1 should be within a range of 1.9 to 2.1 in order to obtain low sheet resistance and enough antireflection performance. Preferable materials of the first film include indium-tin oxide (refractive index 2.0), thin oxide (refractive index 2.0), zinc oxide (refractive index 2.1), or the like for its main ingredient.

The precision polishing of the outermost layer film of the antireflection film is ended by cooperatively moving both in an arrow direction. The abrasive grains for polishing are preferably colloidal silica, zirconium oxide, and cerium oxide. The surface of the deposited film is smoothed in this way and the stains sticking to the surface of the deposited film at the time of use are easily wiped away by a cloth, etc.

The alloy solder 4 is mainly made of Pb and Sn, a trace quantity of one kind of Zn, Sb, Al, Ti, Si, Cu is added to form it. This alloy solder removes bubbles on the interface and infiltrates into the inner layer, thus a current collecting section with a low resistance value and large adhesive strength is formed.
