摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the accurate position of a drilling machine, even when an embedded pipe has insufficient strength, and place the embedded pipe with long-distance curve advancing on a crossing or snaking road in a technique of advancing a small-bore drilling machine with an initially pushing jack. SOLUTION: As a guide pipe for a curve jacking method in two curve advancing steps of placing the guide pipe and placing an embedded pipe, a guide pipe P1 is formed with a front pipe 1 and a rear pipe 2 and a broken portion R provided at the middle, the front pipe 1 and the rear pipe 2 being connected together via an expandable jack 9 and the broken portion R being freely bent. An outer periphery seal portion T is provided on the periphery to prevent the entry of muddy water therein and a rail 19 is provided in the guide pipe P1 in the axial direction for a measuring robot to run. The measuring robot runs along the rail 19 in the axial direction of the guide pipe P1, so that a signal from the measuring robot is used to perform curve advancing while measuring the accurate position of a drilling machine.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to laid a long distance curve of a buried pipe while correcting a locus by subsequently jointing a knee bending control connection pipe and a knee bending connection pipe to a propelling machine, traveling a traveling instrument in both connection pipes with joint, and measuring a propelling locus. SOLUTION: Knee bending control connection pipe 3a and knee bending connection pipe 3b are jointed to a propelling machine 1 equipped with an excavation cutter 2. Both connection pipes 3a and 3b are hinged with a pin in a bendable manner. They are jointed to both opening ends with bolt and nut, and a traveling way 6 is constructed. Jacks 7 having a wire type expansion length measuring device to a knee bending site are used for the knee bending control connection pipe 3a to control elongation together with an outside controller. A traveling instrument 8 mounting a bearing angle detector and a moving distance detector such as rotary encoder, etc., thereon is traveled on the traveling way 6 to measure a traveling distance and direction, and a curve is made while correcting a locus by expansion controlling the jacks 7.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably relieve an unmanned vehicle stopped on a track. SOLUTION: Concerning a propulsion construction for starting a digging machine 22 from a starting pole 21 and successively allowing a propulsion pipe 23 to follow, in order to measure the position and attitude of the digging machine 22, an unmanned driven measuring vehicle 25 is used. The inner diameter of the propulsion pipe 23 is small and people can not enter frequently but with the unmanned measuring vehicle 25, the position and attitude can be exactly measured. When the measuring vehicle 25 is stopped on a traveling rail 24 because of a fault, it is extremely difficult to manually relieve it. An unmanned relief vehicle 20 is started from the starting pole 21 and it is judged whether the vehicle can be relieved or not while shooting its image with video equipment 27. The shot result is recorded by a recorder 28, reproduced and judged. When it is judged that the vehicle can be relieved, the relief vehicle 20 is connected to the measuring vehicle 25 and collects it.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct exact traveling along two-line system rails in a pipe to be burned under the ground by using a jacking method. SOLUTION: One end of vehicle body 30 is connected by the first carriage 31 with 2-degree of freedom, and the other end is connected by a carriage 41 with 3-degree of freedom. As a result, an equal three-point supporting can be attained for a vehicle body 30. The respective carriages 31, 41 travel on a double flange wheel 38 on one traveling rail 34a side and travel on a non- flange wheel 39 on the other traveling rail 34b side. The respective wheels 38, 39 have two-axle traveling wheels 32, 33 and 42, 43 by each two wheels, and 1-degree of freedom is included between the respective two-axle traveling wheels 32, 33 and 42, 43. It is thus possible for the respective carriages 31, 41 to travel safely and accurately on the traveling rails 34a, 34b.
