    • PURPOSE:To make the press machine small in size and to decrease the dressing work by arranging plural sets of press equipments, providing a slider so that its up- and-down motion can be executed freely, and placing plural pieces of dies on a slide table whose reciprocating motion can be executed freely. CONSTITUTION:A throw-in side feeding device 8a receives a sheet material 6 from a sheet material supply device 7, and supplies it to a pre-process use press machine 1a. By a die 5a which is set in advance, press working of a pre-process is executed. By an ejecting side feeding device 9a, and the sheet material 6 is fed to a conveyor 13, and supplied to a post-process use press 1b by a throw-in side feeding device 8b. Subsequently, by a die 5b which is set in advance, press working of a post-process is executed, and a press working completed part is ejected by an ejecting side feeding device 9b. After a necessary number is produced, a slide table 25 moves and the dies are changed with dies 4a, 4b. In the course of this press working, the dies 5a, 5b are removed, and dies which are used in the next time are set onto the slide table 25. Since the press working is divided into two processes, the press machine becomes small in size, the dies are dressed separately, and the grinding quantum decreases.

    • PURPOSE:To entirely prevent a piston seal ring from the accident to bite into the inlet passage by constituting that pressured liquid from a master cylinder device can give strokes to a piston of an auxiliary cylinder at the initial stage of brake operation. CONSTITUTION:Connection of an auxiliary cylinder device 43 midway upon a duct line 33-35 to combine a master cylinder device 32 with wheel cylinder devices 36, 38 facilitates pressure liquid from the device 32 to give a stroke delta of a piston 46 to the cylinder 43 at the initial stage of the brake controls. In consequence, even if the pistons to the devices 36 and 38 are in protruded condition, no case is found such that liquid pressure in the liquid chamber of the device 32 may suddenly rise with the control of the brake, it can prevent a seal ring 8 on a piston 24 from the accident to bite into the inlet passage 5 by abrupt pressure rise in the liquid chamber 21 which has so often caused on the conventional master cylinder device.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a press stroke and to miniaturize a device by removing a formed part after at least one of an upper die and a lower die is removed by a die shuttle device from a cylinder device of a press machine body. CONSTITUTION:Dies 4a, 4b are mounted on a die shift devices 3 and the dies 4a, 4b are charged into the die shuttle device 2. Then, the dies 4a, 4b are mounted by the die shuttle device 2 on the cylinder device of the press machine body 1. Then, material to be pressed is set to the dies 4a, 4b and the opening between the dies 4a, 4b is made minimum to mount the material to be pressed. Namely, the opening between the dies 4a, 4b is satisfied with the thickness of the material to be pressed. Thereafter, the dies are clamped by the cylinder device 5 for press forming, the dies 4a, 4b are moved by the die shuttle device 2 out of the press machine body 1 to take out the formed part. Consequently, the device can be formed at the minimum stroke of the press, with a frame small in toughness, miniaturized as a whole and at low cost.

    • PURPOSE:To use miniaturized dies dividing into plural processes by parallel arranging plural Y directional slide tables on a X directional slide table in X-Y stage and laying the dies on the Y directional slide tables. CONSTITUTION:The dies 5a, 5b for the first set are laid on the first Y directional slide table 25. The first Y directional slide table 25 is matched to the die inserting position at lower part of a slider 2 with the X directional slide table 22 and the first Y directional table 25 is shifted and selected so as to come the die 5a for chamfering and boring below the slider 2. A sheet material is supplied between the upper die and the lower die, and by descending the slider 2, the upper die is pushed down to execute the chamfering and boring works. Successively, the first Y directional table 25 is again shifted and selected so as to come the die 5b for punching below the slider 2. After that, the sheet material already executing the chamfering and boring works is supplied between the upper and lower dies 5b for punching and the punching work is executed to manufacture a reverse cylinder side back plate.

CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic liquid is fed from the oulet passages 4 and 15 of the master cylinder device to the hydraulic liquid chamber 52a of the wheel cylinder device A, then the piston 39 is moved in a leftward direction to cause the rod 53 and the web 51 to be moved in a leftward direction. The brake shoe 32 is pushed against the drum 33 to produce a braking force. When the parking brake lever 47 is rotated in a counter-clockwise direction, the braking operation is maintained. When the hydraulic brake is released, the rod 53 and the piston 39 are pushed back by the spring 43 by a stroke of delta, the hydraulic liquid in the cylinder 52 is returned to the hydraulic liquid chambers 21 and 23 of the master cylinder device to prevent additional hydraulic liquid from being applied.

CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical part 4 of a support 2 is formed with a large part 4a and a small part 4a', a bush 4b' made of a metal is engaged with the small part 4a', and a cylindrical rubber bush 4c' with a flange having a flange part 4c'' positioned to a bolt 7 is located to the middle part. A coil spring 11 for centering is located in the state of a free length between the engaging inner peripheral surfaces of the flange part 4c'' and the small part 4a' and the support in a manner that the axis of the coil spring is about brought into coincidence with that of the bolt 7. The bolt 7 is extended through a through-hole 1a' in the ear part of a caliper 1 and two bushes 4b and 4b', and the caliper 1 is joined with the support 2 by means of a nut 7b.
