    • PURPOSE:To increase the friction surface area and to improve self-servo effect to improve braking efficiency by tapering the rotor and attaching the friction pad to the inside of the caliper bridge. CONSTITUTION:The disk brake is constituted by providing the friction pad 10 to give frictional force by holding the disk rotor 9 which is connected with the wheels at its both sides and the oil hydraylic pressure cylinder 13 for driving in the caliper 3 which is slidably supported by the support 1 to be fixed on the wheel through the guide pins 2, 2'. In this case, the disk rotor 9 is tapered toward the center part, and the friction surface of the friction pad 10 is also inclined to match the tapered surface, and at the same time, the friction pad 11 is mounted on the inside of the bridge of the caliper 3 and the friction pad 11 is so designed as to give frictional force on the outer peripheral side surface of the disk rotor 9 to give the device self-servo mechanism.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of working and made the wall thickness uniform by drawing a tubing pushing a pallet against an end of the tubing while rotating the tubing at high speed making its center axis an axis of rotation and then forming specified wall surface. CONSTITUTION:A material 12 made by cutting a slender tubing to specified length is drawn pushing a pallet 16 for drawing strongly against the end 7c while rotating the material at high speed making its center axis 13 an axis of rotation. Then, preferably, a proper pressure die 15 is provided inside of the material 12 and the pallet 16 is pushed strongly from outside against the pressure die 15 to form a surface perpendicular to the center axis 13. At this time, due to high speed rotation of the material 12 the end part 7c is molten by heat of friction of the end part 7c with pallet 16 and pressure die 15. Thus, creases on the surface are smoothed and a hydraulic action wall surface 7b is formed. The small diameter part 7a on the left side of the piston is also drawn using the pallet.

    • PURPOSE:To use miniaturized dies dividing into plural processes by parallel arranging plural Y directional slide tables on a X directional slide table in X-Y stage and laying the dies on the Y directional slide tables. CONSTITUTION:The dies 5a, 5b for the first set are laid on the first Y directional slide table 25. The first Y directional slide table 25 is matched to the die inserting position at lower part of a slider 2 with the X directional slide table 22 and the first Y directional table 25 is shifted and selected so as to come the die 5a for chamfering and boring below the slider 2. A sheet material is supplied between the upper die and the lower die, and by descending the slider 2, the upper die is pushed down to execute the chamfering and boring works. Successively, the first Y directional table 25 is again shifted and selected so as to come the die 5b for punching below the slider 2. After that, the sheet material already executing the chamfering and boring works is supplied between the upper and lower dies 5b for punching and the punching work is executed to manufacture a reverse cylinder side back plate.

    • PURPOSE:To make the press machine small in size and to decrease the dressing work by arranging plural sets of press equipments, providing a slider so that its up- and-down motion can be executed freely, and placing plural pieces of dies on a slide table whose reciprocating motion can be executed freely. CONSTITUTION:A throw-in side feeding device 8a receives a sheet material 6 from a sheet material supply device 7, and supplies it to a pre-process use press machine 1a. By a die 5a which is set in advance, press working of a pre-process is executed. By an ejecting side feeding device 9a, and the sheet material 6 is fed to a conveyor 13, and supplied to a post-process use press 1b by a throw-in side feeding device 8b. Subsequently, by a die 5b which is set in advance, press working of a post-process is executed, and a press working completed part is ejected by an ejecting side feeding device 9b. After a necessary number is produced, a slide table 25 moves and the dies are changed with dies 4a, 4b. In the course of this press working, the dies 5a, 5b are removed, and dies which are used in the next time are set onto the slide table 25. Since the press working is divided into two processes, the press machine becomes small in size, the dies are dressed separately, and the grinding quantum decreases.
