摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of suction owing to the pump action of a clutch hydraulic servo during N racing and to prevent the generation of a centrifugal oil pressure. CONSTITUTION: An oil pressure control device comprises an oil pressure source 10; a hydraulic servo; an oil passage 11; an oil passage 12 with an orifice; and an accumulator 30. The accumulator 30 is located in the oil passage 11 and the oil passage 11 is communicated and disconnected by the stroke of a piston 32. A switching means 40 to switch communication and disconnection of the oil passage 11 is placed between the accumulator 30 and the hydraulic servo. When an oil pressure fed from the oil pressure source 10 to the oil passage 11 exceeds a given value, the oil passage 11 communicates and during N racing, suction of oil from the oil passage 11 owing to the pump action of the hydraulic servo is prevented from occurring.

Solenoid valves S-S3, for outputting signal pressure to a clutch or a brake, etc., are provided on an oil pressure control device 9, and the signal pressure can be switched into signal pressure for changing the speed of the auxiliary speed change part by a first shifting valve (3-4 shift valve), and signal pressure for controlling an engine brake condition. In this case, an oil supply path is provided from a range shifting valve to a first shifting valve, and also control is made wherein the first shifting valve is to be positioned to a condition, where the signal pressure to an engine brake control valve can be generated, in a condition where a neutral range is set.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent worsening of a gear shift shock through prevention of production of an engine brake sate at low and middle speed stages owing to failure of an automatic transmission to electrically set and engine brake state at a reverse stage and low and middle speed stages. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic transmission wherein control is effected by the same solenoid valve S3 to bring an auxiliary transmission part into an overdrive state at a reverse stage and bringing an engine brake into an effective sate at low and middle speed stages, an overdrive state and a non-engine brake state at low and middle speed stages are set by the same control state as that of the solenoid valve S3, and the signal pressure of the solenoid valve S3 to set a non-engine brake state at the middle and low speed stages is reversed by a switching valve 130. Thus, even when it is erroneously detected that a running range at the low and middle speed stages is a reverse stage, an engine brake is not effective at the low and middle speed stages and a gear shift shock is prevented from occurring.

SOLUTION: A valve 25 is axially extended in such a state to surround the outer peripheral side of a spring 259, and comprises a guide part 252a to prevent inclination of a valve element 252 in such a way to make slide contact with a valve hole 32a; and a protrusion part 252b to improve pressure responsiveness by narrowing a signal pressure feed space in a valve chamber 33 protruding to the inner peripheral side of the spring 259. The protrusion part 252b has an axial length exceeding that of a guide part 252a. By making contact with the end face of the valve hole 32, the protrusion part is additionally functioned as a stopper to block the cutoff between a port 34 and the valve chamber 33 by the guide part 252a.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sealing properly between a communication pipe, which is used for feeding oil to an oil chamber of a hydraulic servo, and a cylinder drum in the hydraulic servo. SOLUTION: An oil seal device for an automatic transmission is provided with an oil chamber 25 in the inside, a cylindrical member which receives external force so as to move within the predetermined range in the circumference direction, a cylindrical seal member 77 which is pressed to the cylindrical member and is arranged with its point 77a faced to an oil hole 73 formed in the cylindrical member, and an oil supply means supplying oil to the oil chamber 25 via the oil path 72 connected to the inside of the seal member 77 and the oil hole 73. A recess part 87 is formed around the oil hole 73 on the outside surface of the cylindrical member, and the tip 77a of the seal member 77 is stored in the recess part 87. Even when the cylindrical member is moved within the predetermined range because of application of external force, the tip 77a of the seal member 77 is protected by means of the recess part 87. As damage of the tip 77a of the seal member 77 can be prevented, a sealing property can be improved.

The valve body 250 comprises a pressure receiving surface A1 on which a feedback pressure is applied; a pressure receiving surface A2 on which a signal pressure (PSLU) is applied; and a pressure receiving surface A3 having size larger than that of the pressure receiving surface A2 . A signal pressure is always applied on the pressure receiving surface A3 by a signal pressure generating means and meanwhile, by selectively applying a signal pressure on the pressure receiving surface A2 , the output gain of the pressure regulating valve is varied.
