摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject formulation capable of improving the fermentation quality of a silage without causing the loss of nutrient ingredients due to the discharge of a juice (drain) by mixing cellulases produced by specific two kinds of fungi. SOLUTION: This cellulase formulation is obtained by mixing (A) a cellulase produced by a fungus of the genus Acremonium with (B) a cellulase produced by a fungus of the genus Trichoderma at 1:(0.1-9.0) ratio expressed in terms of the avicelase activity ratio. The resultant formulation at a low pH is excellent in high productivity of lactic acid and low-volatile base nitrogen and hardly increases the production amount of the discharge of a juice (drain).

SOLUTION: This cellulase preparation is characterized by comprising an endoglucanase having cellulose-binding domain(CBD) and at least one of terephthalic acid-alkylene glycol polymers or terephthalic acid-oligoalkylene glycol polymers. A detergent composition is obtained by formulating the cellulase preparation in a detergent component. The other objective textile treatment method is characterized by comprising making the cellulase preparation act on a cellulosic textile fabric to improve the properties thereof.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a salt-resistant manganese peroxidase which can be utilized in technical fields such as the enzymatic bleaching of pulp and the dye-degrading treatment of dyeing waste liquids. SOLUTION: An attention was paid on a fact that the manganese peroxidase- producing fungi having been reported had poor sea water salt resistance. Thus, a white decay fungus which produced a salt-resistant manganese peroxidase having resistance against sea water salt was separated from white decay fungi parasitizing in woods immersed in sea water, such as mangrove, or in driftwoods. A strain MG-60 exhibiting the maximum activity among the separated strains had the manganese peroxidase activity of about 5 times that of the strain Phanerochaete chrysosporium having generally been used as a manganese peroxidase-producing strain in the presence of sea water salt. The MG-60 strain can be used to more efficiently carry out the bleaching of unbleached craft pulp and the degradation of synthetic dyes.
