摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient rail creepage inspection by collectively monitoring a reference pile and marked positions of left and right rails on a same monitor screen by photographing them by a camera. SOLUTION: This device comprises a carriage capable of traveling along rails of a track, and a camera set with a monitor device attached to the carriage. The camera set comprises a reference camera for capturing the reference pile installed by the track, a left-rail camera for capturing the left rail, and a right-rail camera for capturing the right rail. Moreover, images by the respective cameras are visually checked by means of the monitor device. This allows high-accuracy and efficient creepage inspection on a long rail to be performed. The drive engine unit 23 and generator 10 are removed when the bogie is mounted or branched on the rails, and the mounting, branching, or finishing work is basically conducted with only the bogie set at a reduced state.
