摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground investigation method which uses an electromagnetic tomogram for investigating a rock type and distribution of water contents condition inside the ground, and a device and a program for the method. SOLUTION: For every frequency f, a time lag t and/or amplitude attenuation A/A 0 between transmission and receipt positions of a multifrequency electromagnetic signal 16 transmitted through each ray path 18 from each position (transmitter 4 transmission position) of a transmission position group in the ground 1 to each position (receiver 5 receipt position) of a receipt position group are/is measured. For every frequency f, a tomogram 22 sf of an electromagnetic propagation speed V generating measurement values/a measurement value of the time lag t and/or the amplitude attenuation A/A 0 and/or a tomogram 22 af of an attenuation property κ are/is formed. A change ratio of the speed V and/or the attenuation property κ between the different frequencies f are/is detected from the tomograms 22 sf and 22 af for respective frequencies, while change ratio tomograms 22 sd and 22 ad are formed. On the basis of the tomograms 22 sf and 22 af for the respective frequencies and the change ratio tomograms 22 sd and 22 ad , the rock type and distribution of the water contents condition in the ground 1 between the transmission and receipt position groups are estimated. SOLUTION: A shield machine 1 comprises a cutter face 7 and a skin plate 9. Parts 3 to oscillate and parts to be oscillated 5 are alternately disposed on the cutter face 7. The parts 3 and the parts 5 project from the shield machine 1 to a tunnel front working face. Each part 3 comprises a pipe 22 and an oscillator 13 press-fitted to the inside of the pipe 22. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous electromagnetic wave type tomography and apparatus thereof which is capable of making tomograms by frequencies at a high accuracy. SOLUTION: A transmitter 4 in a measuring pit 2 of the ground 1 radiates a continuous electromagnetic wave 16 consisting of stepwise switched electromagnetic waves at a plurality of frequencies. A receiver 5 receives the continuous electromagnetic wave 16 transmitted through the ground 1 at a receiving position in a receiving measuring pit 3 capable of receiving the continuous wave 16 at a specified distance from the measuring pit 2. A measuring instrument 9 connected to the transmitter 4 and the receiver 5 detects the time delay (t) or the amplitude attenuation A/A0 between transmitted and received electromagnetic waves at each receiving position every frequency f1-f4 of the continuous wave 16. Transmission type electromagnetic wave velocity tomograms 22sf1-22sf4 or transmission type electromagnetic wave amplitude tomograms 22af1-22af4 between a transmitting position row and a receiving position row are made, based on the time delay (t) or the amplitude attenuation A/A0.
