    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two-part aqueous anti-corrosive coating excellent in curability even under a normal-temperature drying condition, and suited to form a coating film excellent in anti-corrosiveness even under highly corrosive environment, and provide a method for anti-corrosive coating. SOLUTION: This material for two-part aqueous anti-corrosive coating comprises a combination of (I) a main agent containing an epoxy resin emulsion and a pigment component and (II) an amine curing agent, which are mixed immediately before use and then applied. The pigment component in the main agent (I) contains as a part thereof a phosphate-based anti-corrosive pigment, and the amine curing agent (II) contains as a part thereof a cyclic-structured polyamine (IIa) having an active hydrogen equivalent in the range of 80 or more and less than 1,000. The method for anti-corrosive coating is characterized by applying the two-part aqueous anti-corrosive coating material on the surface of substrates such as galvanized materials.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-proofing coating method which enables the formation of a coating film excellent in curing performance and corrosion-proofing property even under normal temperature drying condition as well as forced drying condition by using an aqueous epoxy resin zinc rich paint. The aqueous epoxy resin zinc rich paint is a two-liquid/one powder type aqueous epoxy resin zinc rich paint comprising a combination of (I) a primary component containing an epoxy resin emulsion, (II) a pigment component containing zinc powder and (III) an amine curing agent, and the above components and agent are mixed just before use for coating. The content of the zinc powder is in the range of 400-1,500 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass of the total solid content of the epoxy resin emulsion and the amine curing agent (III) contained in the paint.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anticorrosive coating composition which can form coating films being excellent in anticorrosiveness, water resistance and adhesion and having a color lighter as compared with a coating film of an anticorrosive coating composition containing tar and retains compatibility with a curable resin by using a specified cracking residuum instead of tar. SOLUTION: This composition comprises an epoxy resin, an amine curing agent and a cracking residuum having a softening point of 50-150 deg.C and used in an amount of 20-500 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. (in terms of solid) curable resin. The amine curing agent is desirably an aromatic polyamine, especially an alkylated phenolic polyamine prepared by modifying a polyamine with phenol on an alkylphenol and formalin. The cracking residuum is a residuum produced as a by-product in a process for thermally cracking petroleum naphtha and containing polynuclear aromatic compounds as the principal components, desirably a product obtained by removing low-molecular compounds from the residuum by distillation.
