摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle transfer device which enables thickness reduction.SOLUTION: A transfer device 1 includes: an input shaft 10 and a first output shaft 11 which are disposed on a first rotation axis line Oso as to rotate relative to each other; a second output shaft 12 disposed on a second rotation axis line Oarranged parallel with the first rotation axis line O; and a differential gear 13 having a holder 30 serving as an input rotary member which receives torque from the input shaft 10, a first output rotary member 31 which outputs the torque to the first output shaft 11, and a second output rotary member 32 which outputs the torque to the second output shaft 12, the differential gear 13 which allocates the torque input from the input shaft 10 to the first and second output shafts 11, 12. The holder 30, the first output rotary member 31, and the second output rotary member 32 are supported on a third rotation axis line Oarranged parallel with the first rotation axis line Oand the second rotation axis line Oso as to rotate relative to each other and are arranged at positions sandwiched between the first rotation axis line Oand the second rotation axis line O.
