The left-hand engagement nail 34 is surmounted on top of a left-hand rack portion 38. Under this condition, when an action of the rocker arm 13 makes the trigger arm 33 further swing to the opposite side to the rocker arm 13, the right-hand engagement nail 35 disengages from the engagement groove 36c.
