摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform real time analysis of fuel consumption changes in a marine vessel depending on the marine vessel navigation conditions and external disturbances. SOLUTION: Based on the marine vessel navigation conditions and external disturbance conditions exerted on the marine vessel during navigation, a fuel consumption change and a ground speed change in a predetermined time are displayed on a fuel consumption display part. Changes in a predetermined time in terms of water speed, ground speed, and water speeds in the forward direction and the transverse direction of the marine vessel are displayed on a ground and water speed display part and a water speed display part, respectively. A course and a ground course of the marine vessel are displayed on an oblique towing display part. A rudder angle change and a ground speed change are displayed on a rudder angle display part. A wind pressure change and a wind direction change in a predetermined time are displayed on a wind direction and wind pressure display part. A pitching angle change and a rolling angle change due to wave influence are displayed on an oscillation display part. Therefore, the marine vessel navigation state is analyzed based on the fuel consumption changes depending on various external disturbances exerted during the marine vessel navigation. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat load cooling device which controlls the temperature of a cooled heat load at a constant level while suppressing waste electric power consumption by suppressing the excessive intake of seawater in cooling seawater pumps in various conditions. SOLUTION: The heat load cooling device 1 includes the cooling seawater pumps 2 and a heat exchanger 9, and controls the temperature of the heat load 10 at a constant level. The heat load cooling device 1 further includes an inverter 4, a temperature regulating valve 12, a control device 7 and a temperature sensor 13. The control device 7 controls the rotational frequency of the cooling seawater pumps 2 so that the temperature measured by the temperature sensor 13 becomes a target temperature, performs control so as to increase the operating number of the cooling seawater pumps 2 by one when the rotational frequency increases to upper limit rotational frequency and to reduce the operating number by one when the rotational frequency lowers to the minimum rotational frequency, and performs controls so as to maintain the minimum rotational frequency and controls the opening of the temperature regulating valve 12 so that the temperature measured by the temperature sensor 13 becomes the target temperature, when the operating number is one and the rotational frequency is lowered to the minimum rotational frequency.
