The connecting plate 30 has through holes 31 through which the bolt shaft parts 11 of the bolts 10 are passed, and protrusions 34 for welding, formed at the facing surfaces 32 facing the seats 13a of bolt head parts 13, at both side parts. The two bolts 10 and the connecting plate 30 are integrally connected by inserting the bolt shaft parts 11 of the bolts 10 into the through holes 31 of the connecting plate 30, and welding the protrusions 34 for the welding to the seats 13a of the bolt head parts 13.
