摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift control device for actualizing reliable shifting operation while changing a target shift position to a safety side when depressing an accelerator pedal resulting in no shift operation. SOLUTION: The moving vehicle includes main transmission devices 10, 11 for actualizing multi-stage shifting operation, a sub transmission device 12 having a greater gear ratio than each of the main transmission devices 10, 11, and a hydraulic forward-reverse travel change-over device 9, and is configured such that the main transmission devices 10, 11 can be changed over with the depression operation of the accelerator pedal 58 other than the operation of a shifting operation lever 34, wherein speed increasing/reducing switches 37, 38 are provided on the shifting operation lever 34 for desirably increasing/reducing the speeds of the main transmission devices 10, 11. During change-over operation of the main transmission devices 10, 11 using the speed increasing/reducing switches 37, 38, when a predetermined main shift stage number is abnormal, the abnormal main shift stage number is passed in the stopping conditions of stopping the vehicle body to actualize shifting operation. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify shift operation of multistage shift position in a vehicle equipped with a pair of switch-type shift operating units each for issuing a command to cause the shift position of a transmission to upshift or downshift from the present position, and to secure safety by preventing a sudden change of a vehicle speed in the shift operation during traveling of the vehicle. SOLUTION: A grip of a gear shift lever 18 is provided with: the first switch- type shift operating unit 35 for causing the first main transmission with two gear stages, that is, high and low gear stages to upshift or downshift; and the second shift operating unit 36 for causing a main shift pattern constructed by coordination between the first main transmission and the second main transmission 43 with three or more gear stages to upshift or downshift. When the second shift operating unit 36 stays on for more than a given period of time with the vehicle not traveling, the coordinated main shift pattern automatically upshifts or downshifts on a one-by-one basis from the present position after every lapse of a specified time.
