摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web carrying device, a method thereof and a method of manufacturing a battery properly correcting meandering, while preventing wrinkles and damage of a web by making a proper correction corresponding to a carrying state of the web. SOLUTION: This web carrying device has a web supply part for supplying the web, a width directional position adjusting member for adjusting a position in the width direction of web supply from the web supply part, a web position sensor for detecting a position in the width direction of the web supplied from the web supply part, and a width directional position control part for operating the width directional position adjusting member so that a width directional position of the web supplied from the web supply part, is approached to a target position by feedback control based on a detection position by the web position sensor. The width directional position control part uses a variable value of becoming small as a web carrying speed becomes slow and becoming large as the speed becomes fast as feedback gain of the feedback control. 摘要：本発明の一態様における重ね塗工装置は,帯状の基材をその長手方向に搬送しつつ,基材の上に2種類の塗工材を重ねて塗工する重ね塗工装置であって,基材の1面に第1の塗工材を塗工する第1塗工装置と,第1塗工装置によって1面に塗工された第1の塗工材の上に,第1の塗工材を乾燥炉による乾燥をさせることなく第2の塗工材を非接触で塗工する第2塗工装置と,基材の搬送方向について第2塗工装置の下流側に配置され,駆動源による駆動を受けるフィードローラとを有するものである。これによれば,安定した張力を基材にかけつつ,2層の塗工材をそれぞれの塗工装置で安定して重ねて塗工することができ,性能の安定した電極板および電池を製造することができる。
