摘要： 2以上の部材を接続する接続方法であってそのうちの少なくとも一方は樹脂部材からなる接続方法に関し、この接続方法にセルフピアスリベットによる接合方法を適用した場合でも、マトリックス樹脂が割れることがなく、リベットを介して強固に2以上の部材を接続することのできる部材の接続方法を提供する。2以上の部材の重ね合わせ箇所を接続する部材の接続方法であって、重ね合わせ箇所を形成する少なくとも最下層に熱可塑性樹脂をマトリックス樹脂とする樹脂部材を配し、重ね合わせ箇所の少なくとも樹脂部材を熱処理してマトリックス樹脂を溶融させた状態で、重ね合わせ箇所の最上層の部材の上方からセルフピアスリベットを打ち込んで樹脂部材の内部まで到達させ、マトリックス樹脂の硬化によって重ね合わせ箇所の接続をおこなう部材の接続方法である。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a gear made of fiber-reinforced resin excellent in the strength, abrasion resistance and quality stability of tooth parts by equally and optimally arranging continuous fibers in all of the tooth parts in a high fiber volume ratio while ensuring a good productivity by shortening a molding time or a mechanical processing time. SOLUTION: A strip prepreg 9, which is formed by impregnating the continuous fibers 3 with thermoplastic resin 4, is molded so that the shape of the cut surface in the direction extending long in a strip like state of the prepreg 9 becomes a linear tooth shape 8 to obtain a semi-molded strip article 13. Thereafter, the semi-molded strip article 13 is rounded so that the tooth parts 8a of the semi-molded strip article 13 are mutually superposed one upon another a plurality of times to obtain a semi-molded cylindrical article 14. Next, the semi-molded cylindrical article 14 is inserted in the in-mold space of an injection mold 15 so that the uneven shape of the outer surface of the semi-molded cylindrical article 14 is meshed with the uneven shape of the inner surface of the injection mold 15. Thereafter, a secondary material 16 comprising a short fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin is allowed to fill the in-mold space inside the semi-molded cylindrical article 14 under pressure in a molten state to press the semi-molded cylindrical article 14 to the inner surface of the injection mold 15. 摘要： This invention provides a method for molding a continuous fiber prepreg part whereby a continuous fiber prepreg part comprising thermoplastic prepreg tape can be molded in a shape that allows the exhibition of desired physical properties without the sacrifice of productivity. Prepreg tape 11 is wound around a plurality of rods 21 so as to form a rolled continuous fiber prepreg part 12, slack is removed from the prepreg tape 11 by shifting the plurality of rods 21 in opposite directions so as to generate tension in the continuous fiber prepreg part 12, the continuous fiber prepreg part 12 is pressed with a press jig 41 so as to mold the prepreg part into the final shape, and the continuous fiber prepreg part 12 is cured by heating and cooling after heating.
