SOLUTION: The operation cable 26 is wired in a state of having the extra length by being bent back to rotate a middle part of the wiring route one time in a ring shape and is provided in a state in which the portions put together by the one rotation are connected to each other by a second clamp C2. The second clamp C2 guides the portions on sides put together by the one rotation of the operation cable 26 to be the connecting objects in axially movable states. At a movable portion of the operation cable 26 made axially movable, a first stopper is provided to regulate the pull-in moving of the operation cable 26 by abutting on the second clamp C2.
